at the hospital: Addison carried Meredith straight to the ob floor to look and see if it was an actual misscarege, they got an ultrasound and there was no heart beat it was a misscarge.
back at home:

(M) no, i wish this ever happened, and i feel like its my fault
(A) babe it's not your fault it happened its okay
(M) okay, do you want to try adoption
(A) yeah of course, I'm up for anything
no one: they cuddled on the couch for a few then went to shower and go to bed, mer went to bed knowing that it was not her fault but the feeling was still there.....
