A void,
A desolate plain,
A dull grey expanse,
An emotionless land of absolute emptiness. Then, on the distant horizon,
A flicker faintly glimmers,
Aprroaching at a restless pace,
Mounted upon a fine silver stallion,
Presented fearless in stature,
And a Knight bearing a mask to conceal his fine features. His polished iron armour,
A violet plume mounted upon his metal clad skull,
A billowing Scarlet cape framing his outline.A singular limb extended as he rode past,
And I was hauled upon his mount.Colours soared,
Wind screamed,
Exhilaration pumped through my arteries,
Previously Stone cold.Emotions ran wild,
Rampaging my mind,A glimpse of the Crimson trail we left behind.
