1.  START A JOURNAL
So a journal is actually a really great way to get your mind of certain things such as work or school or friend drama! Journaling isn't necessarily writing your feelings and thoughts instead you can plan out things and just do a simple bullet journal.

2. LISTEN TO MUSIC
Ofcourse the best way to get some selfcare time is to just relax and lay down on your bed or outside and listen to some of your great playlists!

3. PAINT YOUR NAILS
So you should definitely try giving yourself a spa day if you dont have the time for an entire day why dont you just paint your nails!?

4. PLAY A GAME
Whether it be a mobile or a board game do it! It might get your mind of something

5. EXCERSICE, YOGA, MEDITATION
Why not find a place in your yard or even in your room and just start to exercise or take deep breaths?
