It was 12 am and a lone ghost was travelling throught the cosmodrome and was searching for the one guardian to protect the city... but sadly this was one search that would turn out good(for once)."Where could he be?" said ghost. *Roar in backround* "uh-oh... better hurry this up." Slowly he searches for the guardian named Cayde-6, who would soon be known as the first vanguard guardian to protect the city."Ah there you are."
"Wha-what where am I?" Cayde asks.
"You are now alive from the collapse which was a war 200 years ago... that ended horribly for all human kind. You my friend are a guardian, that is suppossed to protect the city.. but you fell in battle and i have been sent by the traveller to find you."Ghost replies
"What do you mean?" Cayde asks
Cayde suddenly turns around as he hears something behind him.He looks and sees a fallen vandel.
"FALLEN! Get him cayde!" Ghost says
The fallen vandel grabs the knife from its side and tries to attack cayde. Cayde instinctly grabs the knife and stabs the vandel in the neck. "Grab the weapon!" ghost says. cayde grabs the wire rifle and starts fireing at the dreg and the captain then out of no where a baron teleports to cayde and starts attacking him luckily cayde got rid of the dregs and the captain.
"GET OUT OF HERE!" cayde hears a random stranger say as they show up and start to attack the baron. Cayde just stands there untill the stranger says "WHAT ARE YOU DOING!I SAID RUN!" Cayde does as he is told and he starts running towards the cosmodromes walls.
"Ghost.. Who was that?" Asks Cayde.
"I really have no idea but we need to get out of here now. I can set a waypoint to a ship i see. But theres no telling what we will find there so we should get you a better weapon than that wire rifle." replies ghost
"But i like this i will keep it and use it untill we get to the city." Cayde says
"Fine have it your way. but if you run out of ammo theres no way i will help" replies ghost
Cayde chuckles a bit " Ok then we better not waste time then. lets get moving."
Cayde says
----------------------1 hour later-----------------------
Cayde just finishes killing a vandel "So...how much longer untill we find the ship?"
"Look in front of you..." Ghost replies
Cayde looks and finds it and asks the simplest question ever "Will it fly?"
Ghost replies and says " Meh....I can make it work. everything is torn apart and the hyperdrive is missing. buy it can make it to the city but not further. how do you expect to fight the darkness away from earth?"
Cayde says " fine lets just get to the city..."
Ghost replies" Ok then.. lets go, get in"
