At training camp, when they get settled in their dorms at the training camp, Yamaguchi starts talking to his best friend.

"Do you have a crush on Tobs?" Yamaguchi.

"Huh?" Tsukishima asks loudly.

"I mean, I seen they way you look at him," Yamaguchi says.

"Th-that doesn't mean nothing," Tsukishima says with a blush.

"Then why are you blushing?" Yamaguchi asks with a smirk.

"Shut up," Tsukishima says as he blush deepens.

"I will when you tell me the truth," Yamaguchi says.

"Fine, I do, happy?" Tsukishima asks.

"Yes, Yamaguchi says with a smile.

Now Yamaguchi knows he needs to find a way to get them together. He knows this gonna be hard, but he's up to that challenge. But for now, he'll continue to observe them and see what happens.

Yamaguchi has to admit that he's having a good time. Not only because he's able to play volleyball, but he also watches as Tsukishima gets jealous when someone from the other teams comes up to Tobio and keeps them for themselves. It's lunch time, and Tsukishima is currently glaring at Hinata. Yamaguchi tries not to laugh but he failed miserably.

"What's so funny?" Tsukishima asks as he looks at Yamaguchi.

"You," Yamaguchi says between laughs.

"Huh!?" Tsukishima asks.

"You get so jealous when someone keeps Tobio to themselves," Yamaguchi says when he calms down.

"That's a lie," Tsukishima says.

"No it's not, trust me, I've been watching," Yamaguchi says.

"That's creepy," Tsukishima says.

"Oh, like you don't do that to Tobio ever since we got here," Yamaguchi says with a smirk.

"I-, shut up," Tsukishima says with a blush.

Yamaguchi giggles some more before he goes back to his food.

"But in all honesty, you two will be a cute couple," Yamaguchi says as he looks back at Tsukishima.

"You think so?" Tsukishima asks.

"Yeah, you guys might fight with each other, but it's never mean, it's you two being you," Yamaguchi explains.

"Hmm, thanks, I guess," Tsukishima mutters.

Yamaguchi smiles at his friend and they finish their lunch in comfortable silence. But for the rest of the day, Yamaguchi thinks of a way to get Tobio and Tsukishima to confess to each other. It's when dinner comes around that he finally comes up with an idea. He finds Tobio, who's sitting with Kenma and Kuroo, and sits down beside Tobio.

"Hey, can we hang out tonight around ten?" Yamaguchi asks.

"Yeah, why?" Tobio asks.

"No reason, just wondering, and I just wanna hang out with my friend," Yamaguchi says with a smile.

"Okay then," Tobio says nodding his head.

"Sweet, I'll see you tonight," Yamaguchi says before he goes to where Tsukishima is sitting at.

"Where have you been?" Tsukishima asks when Yamaguchi sits down.

"Talking to Tobio," Yamaguchi says as he starts eating.

"Okay," Tsukishima says.

"Hey, can we hang out around ten tonight?" Yamaguchi asks.

"Yeah, why?" Tsukishima asks.

"Cause why not," Yamaguchi says as he shrugs his shoulders.

"You're up to something," Tsukishima says.

"Who knows," Yamaguchi says.
