She stared at her, admiring her every complexion. The girl was prettier than a butterfly! Mitsuri never saw someone so- Mesmerizing. "Hi!" The words blurted out of her mouth way too quickly, she sounded desperate but that was the least of her concern. I mean the girl was looking at her. Black hair with purple ends flowing in the summer wind, wide but serious eyes floating over until they stared right back at her own, pale skin with rosy cheeks. Mitsuri might just faint.
"Oh? Hello?" Mitsuri never found such simple words so... exciting? The way the girl's thin lips moved as she spoke. Her face became a deep red, way too deep for a normal interaction with some stranger. Unprofessional for a new Hashira as herself. "Are you okay?" the girl's eyebrows creased as her friendly smile fell for a second in worry "Yes! Yes I- I'm fine! Just allergies, got a little.. Um- Allergy-y?? For a second. I'm Mitsuri Kanroji!"
The black haired girl giggled at her frantic behavior "Shinobu Kocho, it's very nice to meet you." She bowed her head at the taller female "The Flower Hashira's sister."
Mitsuri stood in shock for a few seconds, how unprofessional of her to be thinking in such a way for Pillar's sister. "WAIT- Oh my I'm sorry for such weird behavior then!" The braided girl covered her face in embarrassment until she felt two hands grab her own, pulling them away from her face giving a reassuring squeeze.
"It's okay, I don't find your actions 'weird' at all Mitsuri-san. You must be the Love Pillar, since you're such a lovely lady." Shinobu held the other's hands, giving Mitsuri a careful smile as the Love Pillar's face exploded into a vibrant red. "W-Well you wouldn't be wrong! I am- I'm.. I'm not that lovely of a lady though Shinobu-san! Please don't flatter me so suddenly!"
"Are you not used to people flattering you? You seem like the one who'd get such compliments all the time, as such a fair lady would." Shinobu found the woman enticing, weirdly so.
A squeal type noise could be heard from the reddening woman, "Shinobu-san who taught you to speak like this? It's very misleading."
"Nobody! I just thought since we will be seeing each other more often I feel as if we should become more comfortable with each other, and this seemed to be the best way since I want to be seen in the best light by someone like you."
Kocho let the other's hands drop, reaching up to brush a pink and green lock out of the other's face, sending sparks through the other's body just by the brief contact alone. "I also believe you weren't given all the praise you deserved, which makes me quite disappointed to hear. What man could ever go a day without praising your obvious beauty and courageous strength?"
"I'm afraid I won't be able to breathe if you keep telling me such things.." Wide green doe eyes closed in embarrassment as the other chuckled softly, what an interesting pair. "Well lucky for you then, I must get moving along. I have some patients to deal with Mitsuri-san, and as much as I love bathing myself in such a vibrant presence, I have others to care for."
"Oh! Sorry- How rude of myself to hold you for so long! Please- Go. I- Don't take that in a rude way!" she paused, "Just go!" embarrassed and sudden words jerked out of her mouth in a scramble to find the right ones. "Ara-Ara! Please don't fret, I understand." she took the pink hair girl's hand once more, laying a kiss on the center. "Goodbye Mitsuri-san." after one small wave of the butterfly girl's hand, she was gone. Mitsuri was brutally embarrassed and unimaginably in love.
