I walk around trying to find my boyfriend and I see my ex best friend, Madison (no hate) on his lap she looks at me smirking. She then begins to whisper in his ear.

I walk to the bar and order a vodka tonic before sitting down. After three, the bartender asks "bad night" I nod slamming my third cup "baddest" I smile b4 ordering another.

"What's a pretty lady like you doing here all alone" a voice says next to me. I look over and see a cute guy.

Eh, Jaden's hotter

"Drinking" I look over and catch Jaden's eye, and I see mads lick up his neck. But considering that he looks sober. Or barley drunk he pushes her off.

"Another one" the bartender, asks showing pity and I nod "please" he nods making the drink.

After about six more drinks or so, I don't remember I lost count I hear a voice. "Baby"

I turn around in my seat "Oh heyy" I sort of yell considering I'm drunk. "How many did she have" he asks the bartender that I've learned was Jake, Jack? I don't know, "eleven" he nods "no twelve, I want another one" I ask pouting.

"No. No she doesn't, thank you. Lets get you home" ass hat says, paying Jake before standing me up but I end up stumbling. But before I fall he catches me lifting me up.

I really should hate you right now

I try to stand but stumble again feeling really light headed and the ground below is moving. Jaden then catches me before I fell.

Again.

He holds my waist stabling me holding my chin. "baby. Sweetheart look at me. Look at me" I feel the world's spinning so with everything I have left I look him in the eye "focus. Just focus on me" I nod.

We then get home and ass hat gives me a cup of water. Once I feel like I've sobered down he speaks up "what was that" I give him a confused look "you flirting with a random guy. Right in front of me"

Flirting?

"Easy for you to say. I'm surprised you didn't fuck madison while I wasn't looking" I say a little to loud. "I didn't fuck madison. She was drunk-"

"I'm drunk Jaden! And did you see me grinding, kissing or marking anyone!"

He rolls his eyes "I didn't kiss or touch her! It's you only you. Always has been since high school" he walks up to me stopping my rapid pacing.

"Baby... I love you" he cups my face looking in my eyes. Why did I have to fall for you. "I ask myself that every day. But I'm glad I did" he chuckles. "Did I say that out loud" he nods laughing before pulling me in for a kiss
