A new Malfoy

Chapter 1: the arrival at Hogwarts

first a little background story:

Duanica Gaunt is a girl from the Gaunt family. Your parents are Elise Gaunt and Richard Potter. Your mother is Tom Riddles sister, sinds his mom didn't die at the orphanage but 5 years later after she had a baby with the Ravenclaw heir. your father is Richard Potter who is the brother of James Potter. This makes you a very high profile person sinds you are the heir of Slytherin and Ravenclaw and the desdendand of one of the brothers from the story Beattle and the Bard. This also makes you Voldemorts and Harry's cousin (yes, they are now family). Have fun reading!

as you stand alongside your parents on platform 9 3/4, you realise that ones you step on board of the train, you won't get to see your parents until Christmas. you always had a very close bond to your mom, as well as your dad. you miss them already, but realise that stepping on that train will be the most important thing of your life.

you say your last goodbyes to your parents as the train start riding. you sit down next to your best friend Pansy, whom you have known your whole life. the train makes a curve as four boys ask if they can sit in your cabin. their names are Draco Malfoy, Blaise Zambini, Crabbe and Goyle.

once they sat down the akward silence hit, 'what are you supposed to say in these kind of situations' you think to yourself.

as you arrive at Hogwarts you smile at the boy with the platinum hair. the train ride was actually a lot of fun with him around. you really felt connected to him in a way that you hadden't  felt before.

as proffessor Dumbledore welcomes you, you think to yourself "I made the right choise going on that train, this is the best possible life for me"

proffesor McGonnagal, while holding a fallen apart hat, asks every new student to sit on the chair. you jump up as the hat started talking. draco looks at you, not in mockery, but in a very reassuring way. a lot of names were called and Harry, Hermione, Ron and Draco werealready placed in their houses. as you come up and sit on the stool, you think to yourself 'please let it be Slytherin!'. the hat is only 5 centimeters away as it calls 'Slytherin!'. you cheer on the in and outside. this must be the happiest day of you life.
