"Aurora" is speaking

Aurora  is thinking

"Tap, Tap, Tap"

"Ughhhhhhhh, go away dad. It's to early."

The Tapping continued, so after a few minutes Aurora got up and looked at her window but to her surprise she saw a tawny owl holding a letter."

"Oh my god, Oh. My. God. Please be what I think it is, Please be what I think it is"

Aurora rushes over and opens her window, as soon as the window is open the bird fly's in and drops the letter on the bedside table. Slowly she goes over and flips the letter around,

"YESSSSSSSSS, DAD, DAD, FATHERRRRRRRR"

You could hear from across the hall a loud crash which Aurora guessed was her dad falling out of bed, so she pulled open her door and ran to his room.

What she saw made her stop dead in her tracks and burst out laughing. Standing in the middle of her dad's room was her dad spinning around in his boxers with his wand pointing the wrong way. She took a few breaths to calm down but burst out laughing again when her dad slipped on a sock and fell on his butt.

"What do you want at, 7 in the morning on a saturd- WAIT ITS SATURDAY. ITS YOUR BIRTHDAY DID YOU GET YOUR LETTER"

Timothy Holly finally realized it as his daughter's 11th birthday which meant that she get's her Hogwarts letter today. Ahh I remember when I got my letter, such a fun da- 

"Dad stop thinking about the olden day's and think about the present, it gets very annoying having to listen to your thoughts, and yes in fact that is why I was screaming for you so I could show you my letter. Now put on a shirt and a pair of pants and go make us some waffles to celebrate this joyous occasion."

"Ay, Ay Captain"

Aurora walked out of her dad's room, but before she closed the door she heard her dad swear because he couldn't find his clothes. Can't do two things at once that man I'm doomed to live a life of a dad with missing pants and a sassy cat. Speaking of which where is he.

" MIPSY, MIPSY WHERE ARE YOU"

Looking around the corner Aurora saw her flat faced kitty pawing at her food bag.

"Meowww"

Once she saw this image of pure sadness she rushed over to get her cat some food. opening the bag was easy but the hard part was getting Mipsy to stop standing in front of her trying to eat the kibble right out of the bag. 

Once Aurora finally got the food in his bowl, Mipsy ran but didn't stop in time so he ran right into the wall. No wonder he has a flat face, thought Aurora. Mipsy was coming out of his daze from hitting the wall and slowly walked over to his food bowl in order not to run into any more walls which if she must say was pretty funny.

Finally after what felt like ten years but was really only 10 minutes Timothy came down and luckily was dressed.

" Finally"

Timothy Rolled his eyes at his daughter. God sometimes that girl is so impatient!

"Dad I can hear you"
