Annabeth POV

We were about to leave when we realized Jake wasn't at any of our cars. Percy,Summer, and I found him by Landon,Mikayla,and Zach. In front of them were the jocks from earlier. Percy walked up behind them and tapped the 'leader's shoulder who turned trying to punch him. Percy easily ducked and punched him in the gut. Jake easily flipped the other two.
"Hey we were wondering where you were." Summer said running up and hugging Jake.
"Sorry, I was walking past and saw the bullies so....." He tried to explain but Summer was hugging him too tight."Summer.....can't.....breath....." he gasped.
"Ohhhh, sorry...."she said embarresed.
Afterwards we walked out to my grey Convertable (every one else left -__-) and drove home,Summer and Jake in back and me and Percy in front. We got home and everyone was in the living room wating for us.
Jake turned to Jason,"Thanks for caring for me,bro." he said sarcastically. Jason looked confused,and Jake walked upstairs Summer followed behind him
Summer POV

Jake walked upstairs towards his room looking mad. I had never seen him this mad before. He walked in his room and slammed the door.I knocked,"Jake, can I come in?" I asked. He opened the door to let me in,then slamed the door again.
"What was that about?" I asked calmly hoping to calm him down.
"It's just that I wish my own brother woulda had my back, I mean I'm grateful that Perce was there but seriously my own brother didn't even TRY to look for me!" he yelled.
"Hey, why don't you just calm down and we can go do our homework since we have alot," I calmly said,he finally agreed and we left to the work room.
Strangely Leo and Reyna were there studying. Leo had a wierd bottle in his hand," LEO,FOR THE LAST TIME NO BEER!" Reyna yelled. "AAAWWWWW,PLEASE JUST ONE SIP!?" Leo replied. "NNNNOOOOO!!" Reyna yelled louder.
I laughed, but Jake was still in bad mood so he sat down and grabbed his homework. about halfway through doing his math he looked over a me,"Could you please help me?" he asked. I looked at him apologeticallyand said,"Sorry I'm stuck too," He cursed in greek. When we heard a familiar voice.
"Why are u cussing?" Annabeth asked. Jake explained the homework situation."Well that's no reason to cuss,here I can help," within an hour we were both done with our homework.
