Emma POV

I wake up sweat and tears running down my face as I remember her lifeless body being put into a tube waiting to be consumed. I look around and see everyone else is still asleep I carefully get out of bed and go into the bathroom to wash my face.

After doing so my fear and grief turn into angry as I remember the woman who lad her to her untimely death. I begin to think how easy it would be to just kill her, she'd never expect it from me I'm just her sweet naïve Emma who wouldn't hurt a fly.

I make my way towards the kitchen three hours before anyone should be up, I grab a knife from counter hiding it behind me. I make my way towards her room being as quiet was I could possibly be but on my way I notice she's in the extra empty room.

She's just sitting in front of the window half asleep not facing me I quietly make my way up to her without her noticing. When she does finally notice it's when the knife is to her throat and I'm slicing it wide open with no way of surviving.

She falls to the floor hands to her throat tying to stop the bleeding but it's to much, I saddle her waist as I stab her in the chest making sure she see's my face as I do. I don't just stab her once I stab her in the chest 13 times and in the face 27 even after she has past I didn't stop.

I don't register she's dead till Normans pulling me off her and taking the knife from my hands and throwing it across the room. It's only then when I release what I did and begin to panic "Hey it's ok it's ok Emma lets get you cleaned before someone else see's" he tells me.

somehow he's pj's are still cleaned and not stained in blood as mine are "Get changed quick then give the clothes to me I'll take care of everything" he tells me his smile never faltering. I just node taking the clothes he gave me he turns around and I quickly change then give him the bloody clothes.

"I'm I'm so sorry Norman" I tell him my voice trembling more and more with each word that comes from my mouth. He hugs carefully "It's not you fault Emma you've done nothing wrong" He tells acting like there isn't a body at our feet.

"It is my fault through I killed Mom I killed our mom!" I saw tears streaming down my face as I look at her lifeless body. If not for her size or clothes you wouldn't be able to tell that's her body it's so mutated.

"She deserved it Emma she's lead hundreds of kids to her death and would have continued I'm not mad at you. Go back to bed I'll take care of everything just tell nobody of what happed" he tells me pushing me towards the door.

I just node and leave quickly making my way back to the girls room sneaking into my bed everyone else still asleep. I forced myself to sleep till it's really time to wake up, for the first time since Connie's death I sleep peacefully.

I wake up at the time I'm suppose to everyday and wake everyone else up and say it's time fore breakfast. I help the little ones with there shoes then we all head downstairs where we're met with two women dress like mom.

I look around for Norman and Ray who are already sitting at the table I quickly go and sit with them both. We says our good mornings quickly "there sisters they said they'd tell us what's going on after breakfast" ray tells me.

We get our food and eat, I act as normal as I possibly could which wasn't as hard as I knew it should be. "Now that everyone has there little tummy's filled we can tell you why were here!" One of the women say.

"My Name is Sister krone and this is Sister Amber, One of us little be you new Mom" sister Krone says smiling at us. Little kids look confuse some yells out where mom is I act as equally confused as they are.

"We are very sorry to tell you just had to take an emergency permeant leave" Sister Amber says her smile faltering a little. Kids begin to cry when they realize they could never see her again.

After we went into the woods Ray told us about him being the traitor, about working for mom and helping her and never telling us. I punch ray tackling him to the ground when I found this out making him yell out in surprise.

"You could have save Conny you could have save to many of our siblings!" I screaming at him only stopping when Norman forces me off him. "I did this for you and Norman, Emma! I did this for you both to!"

It takes a while but Norman gets me and ray to calm down and makes us talk it out but it's to let I'm already planning he's end. "I'm sorry for hitting you ray" I apologize not really meaning any of it.

A couple weeks later we go on the wall as see that its actually a cliff, this scares me but Norman reassures me we can figure out a way. We sit there for a bit when I get the idea to end Ray right here right now, I make Ray trip but he doesn't fall all they way he holds on to the edge of the wall.

"Emma! Norman! Help me!" he scream barely able to hold on to the wall, I look at Norman he just smiles and I take it as an ok. I go closer to ray and stomp the heel of my foot onto his hand having to break at least three finger especially with the crack I heard.

"OW what are you doing? Norman help me!" he begs screaming I smile down at him as I stomp down onto his other finger but I don't lift my foot I hold him there, My foot the only thing keeping him alive. "It's just a life for a life Ray" I tell him his eyes widen as I lift my foot up letting him fall down the cliff screaming.

We no he's dead not by a thump, we know by the fact we cant hear his screams. WE head off the wall and go back to sister Krone and amber and tell them we lost ray while playing tag with just the three of us.

The go looking for him only finding his watching and a rope by the way and him no where in sight. they have us all go inside and get ready for dinner with sister Krone after Amber comes back she tells Krone what happen.

the next day they told us he has been adopted by a family, everyone was sad and confused about him leaving so quickly. No one ever question us about Mom or Ray we were both always in the clear but everyone nine and up was watched closer then other but not noticeably.

Me and Normans Plan went off without a hitch the only bad thing was sister krone needing to be pushed off the cliff like Ray with all kids we rescued seeing or least hearing her screams. I had to she was going to grab Norman so I did what had to be done.
