Of course it is not as easy as I thought it could be. Being fat is not what I want. But I can't avoid the desire to eat more and more unhealthy food. I can't resist.
--I've tried so many times to eat healthy and workout but of course I failed. Countless number of failure.
But on 5th June 2021, I decided to start workout all over again. I started to workout on that day. Today, 10th June 2021, I decided to eat healthy. I had 2 hard boiled eggs and salads for breakfast. It is going well until I ate a fish crackers.
( This how fish cracker looks like ) - It tastes good and yummy.
But, I won't give up. I just ate 2 of it. I believe it won't add 1Kg just because I ate 2 of it.
Now, I need to get back on track again and try again. My effort does matter.
