To be very honest, I really wanted to be a vegetarian but uh I love M.E.A.T. So, here how it starts....
I ate meat today, to be exact steak. The meat is so juicy and yummy. I love well-done meat. And I ate it with some fries (obviously) and some crab meat salad with black sesame seed. So I came into a conclusion that I don't have to be a vegetarian to be skinny but I have to eat in moderation. I can eat it but not too much.

As for now, I don't feel like quitting even if my brain told me so.
