The tickle of his fingers traversing along his lyre strings was followed by the melodic tunes of his song. A rhyme enchanted from his mouth as one of the bards of Mondstadt sang amidst the crowds surrounding him—completely absorbed within his tunes as the wind as if picking up the atmosphere around them.
Not long after, the regular blue-haired bard finished, smiling happily at the audience he get to entertain with his music; completely content with the claps they gave him.
But of course, a small tip for his effort would be more than welcome as well.
“Thank you, thank you! A united clap is also nice, but would some of you be so kind, as to drop a tip or two? Of course, no pressure!”
The bard chuckled at his own words, yet his smile grew wider as almost half of the audience agreed to give him a few Mora in return of the beautiful song he played moments ago.
People were soon leaving the place, continuing on with their daily lives. Merchants, children, even the elderly around Mondstadt, all familiar with the infamous traveling windborne bard. The songs he shared to the people with were no ordinary ones, as most of them were either unheard of, or just a very old song being told of its existence once more.
Because of this, Venti managed to captivate most of their hearts. He accepted requests—often times from the elders—and would play those tunes of his rather correctly. Once, an old grandma was touched by how her childhood song was managed to be brought back to life, in the exact same way how she remembered it last. Sometimes the bard's accuracy to depict those songs into his lyre can be quite scary, in a way.
Well, no one knows he is the Anemo Archon after all.
With that being said, Venti would secretly call in a small breeze to complete the atmosphere he's trying to achieve while singing. He wants his audience to enjoy his melodies, whilst they're as if being embraced by the gentle winds itself.
Even though he didn't much look like it, granted that he loves to have a happy-go-lucky face to the regular folk, Venti cares about his people—the people of Mondstadt. He will be there when things are out of control, protecting the smiles and happiness of them all. He took credit for his own hard work, yet the thanks he managed to hear from his people were enough proof that his efforts were not in vain.
Mondstadt is the city of freedom, ruled by none as those old tyrants of the past were swept away from their seat by Lady Vennessa; once Venti's good ol' friend. She was one of the most respected beings, given children of any age would be thrilled at the mention of her name.
The people chose to use this freedom to make quite a celebration during Windblume Festival. Venti was rather excited, especially regarding the exclusive Windblume drinks that the tavern will be selling only during the festivities.

Ribbons of mixed blue and teal were already scattered about the town, carpets with similar colors were layed on the ground to welcome the people who came to visit and celebrate along. Any friendly visitors are welcomed, to either watch or enjoy as the festival events unfold later on.
Only a few more decorations left, Venti took a mental note as his feet walk past by the town's square. The fountain at the center of the city is still rather empty; still lacking the pot of Cecilias Flora always used to decorate herself. Maybe Venti could pick them up himself nearby Starsnatch Cliff?
Then again, it'll be rather tiring going to a far place just to pick up some flowers. Eh, someone will do it themselves eventually.
