Hello again! Sorry for the very late update. Culinary school was very busy the past month, but our buffet was successful and it all paid off! Thank you for continuing to read my story, it means a lot to me to have readers. I would like to add that I might not be able to update for a long time as I am quite busy with everything now. With that said, this chapter will be a treat! I had a fun time writing this. I hope you enjoy it, I always say that. It sounds overused at this point, but I really want you to enjoy it. I hope you comment and share with me what you think, it is highly appreciated.

Thank you!

Have a great day or night!

Summary:

I will never let you go.

============================================

Alcina was stirred from her slumber hearing the faint tinkle of metal against metal and the flourish of fabric. She opened her eyes to see Rhea fiddling with the buttons of her coat the medals swinging against each other and straightening the lapel in front of the mirror. Alcina arched her back from the mattress and stretched her arms out, sighing contentedly hearing the soft cracks that alleviated some tension on her spine. She sat and looked at the goddess who was still busy with her uniform.

"Good morning?" Alcina broke the goddesses' concentration only to fluster as their eyes met on the mirror. Her breath got caught in her throat as Rhea turned to face her fully with that same soft smile. Rhea looked beautiful wearing her silk robes but to see her in uniform? She is simply divine~

"Evening actually, but time works differently down here, it might as well be morning," Rhea approached her and sat beside the woman placing her hand on top of the matriarch. "How did you sleep?"

"Great, you?"

"Amazing," Rhea kissed her cheek softly. "I'm sorry you had to deal with my drunken tendencies."

"Nothing, I can't handle," Alcina confessed. "I have a feeling that wasn't the first time."

Rhea's eyes shone in delight realizing what Alcina meant.

"Not the worst you've experienced?"

"I faintly remember you barging through your manor disoriented but managed to straighten up when you saw me in the living room," The matriarch suppressed a chuckle. "It was no use, you looked worse beyond repair."

Rhea groaned as Alcina let her laugh invade the room.

"Honestly! What were you thinking? Gods!" Alcina howled the prim and proper Lady now long gone.

"There's my princess," Rhea whispered even though she knows the matriarch will hear her.

"She never left," Alcina smiled easing her laugh before removing the covers from her lower half and standing up to stretch her long legs. "Should I expect a uniform for myself?"

"Yes," Rhea walked towards the wardrobe. "But, you can also find something much comfier. I'm just wearing this so no one would try and attack our ship without a captain."

"That happens?"

"Let's just say..." Rhea trailed off trying to put her thoughts into words. "Technology is so advanced. Radar has been invented and nations would know of a foreign ship. This uniform is only a precaution, lest they send an order to exterminate our vessel. I highly doubt Hades was able to register it as a part of any major country."
