ugh.
this has been the first morning when I woke up with out 20 messages from him.
and the way he left me last night?
he hit me with the "gonna go to sleep goodnight"

"hey girl"
"hi" I say looking into her eyes or should I say contacts and the tons of mascara clumps on her eyelashes
"you got a date to homecoming yet? or are you gonna go with your "friends," like for junior prom?" she says smiling afterwards
"and you? are you going to prom with lipstick on your teeth, like always? fix that then you can speak to me" I giggle and leave her disgusting presence
"slayyyy mama slayyy" my best friend says and pulls me into home room
the school announcements are so annoying.
I just wait until they start saying the pledge so I can get up and put my right hand to my heart.
but then a hear a familiar voice saying my name.
"audrey. If you're listening, can you please go to homecoming with me? I don't know what class you're in so can you please go outside"
THATS JACK THATS FUCKING JACK GILINSKY
"well you heard the man, go after him" my teacher says smiling big
I run out of the classroom and outside but I see no one.
wow. a stupid prank?
I walk to class and promise myself I won't cry until I get home. I open the door class and see Jack sitting at my desk with hundreds of roses.
"will you go to homecoming with me?" he asks
I almost shat myself.
"yes yes yes"
I jumped into his arms and he hugged me tight.
"don't ask any questions yet. I don't wanna distract you even more. I'll grab the roses for now. here's my number text me when you're out of school?"
he then rushes out I'm in shock. this happened too quick.
