Part 19

Skeppy woke up to his alarm blazing, he rolled over, putting it on snooze so he could get a little more rest. It felt like as soon as he closed his eyes the alarm went off again. This time he decided to just get up, seeing no point in trying to sleep longer. 

7:50 am

Today Dream and Sapnap were coming over at around 10 am, he had time to get ready. The diamond boy got up and went into the bathroom. 

As soon as he felt ready he stepped out.

8:21 am

That's when he noticed a piece of paper resting on his nightstand. The black haired man walked over and picked it up. 

Don't forget to eat breakfast

Zak gave a soft smile, just a simple reminder to eat made him happy. At least he's here and he still cares. If only he could hug him. 

No, he shook his head, that can't happen now. He'll have to try to move on, even though a part of him will always be missing. 

He feels so incomplete. 

But, he might as well listen to his friend's reminder. He made his way to the kitchen. 

As he looked around the kitchen, the fridge, the pantry, even some drawers. The brown eyed male decided to just make a bowl of cereal. He only had Lucky Charms, but is that really a bad thing?

He got out an orange bowl and poured the cereal then after poured the milk. 

After he finished his meal he checked his phone. 

A lot of messages, but he didn't feel like replying. Not yet. 

It was now 8:39 am.

He just had to make sure the house was ready for guests then he can relax until they get there. 

"Good morning Bad! Thanks for the reminder! Dream and Sapnap will be coming later today!" Skeppy shouted out to an empty house, but he knew it wasn't empty. It might not have anyone else there physically, but there was someone else here. 

His best friend. 

The lights turned on and off, it was a way for Darryl to communicate with him.
