"Sir!" Said Sophia. "Its almost 7, where have you been?!"
"Relax Sophia," Prussia said landing gently "I lost track of time,"
"As you say sir," She let out a sigh "Dinner is being made as we speak, Do you want anything in specific to eat?" (That rhymed-)
"No, Not really" Prussia said as he started making his way inside, and Sophia followed suit "Have you seen Germany today?"
"Hmm.." Sophia paused, As if searching for something "No, I haven't seen German empire since morning, Although I did see him jump out of his room and ran to god knows where."
"Ah.. I see" He knew who his son had gone to see.
"is he in trouble sir?" She asked, there was a flash of hope in her eyes but it was gone as soon as it came. Prussia ignored this, he did not know why.
"No, why would he be?" Prussia said making a sharp left, "He's 23, I don't need to tell him what to do he is a grown man."
"Thats very nice sir," Sophia said a bit frantically "But thats not the way to your room-"
"Wait," Prussia interrupted "How do you know the way to my room? Only the maids, the butler and Germany know the way to my room and you don't even work here?"
"U-Uh well.." Sophia panicked "I-I just like to roam around s-sir!" Prussia just took that explanation as an answer and left it at that.
"Well.. I'm taking a short-cut," Prussia said "If I go the usual way then I'll be to exhausted to even move when I reach, but if I take the left we just went through and the go past the library, past the maids rooms', one right and two lefts later I would have reached my room and spared a lot of energy."
"Good evening sir!" Said Karl, Just as Sophia was about reply, she was not happy.
"Ah good evening Karl!," Prussia said "Aren't you supposed to be home by now?"
"Y-Yes sir, well about that-" Karl took out a small light golden envelope and handed it to Prussia "Me and my fiancé are getting married next week, and I was hoping that you would come to the wedding.." He sounded a bit nervous. Prussia smiled kindly,
"I would love to come!" He said taking the envelope from the other "You know what? take a break till the day of your wedding! I'm sure you have things to prepare for!"
"Really sir?!" Karl was ecstatic, "T-Thank you! I'll see you at the venue!" Saying that he ran off,
"Why would accept something like that?" Asked Sophia, she had a spiteful expression on her face, "I'm sure you have better things to do than attend a stupid wedding,"
