Alois X Ciel- Hurt part 4

A few hours have now passed and Alois and Ciel were know up doing paperwork. Claude and Sebastian were cleaning up the Phantomhive manor. Ciel was a bit sore from what happened a few hours ago. He was keeping his screams in though so that Sebastian wouldn't find out what happened.
"Sebastian!" Ciel said in an angered way.
"Yes my lord!" Sebastian yelled across the hall.
"Bring my some tea!" Ciel said yelling back.
"Yes my lord!" Sebastian said walking off into the kitchen.
Alois finished his paperwork and walked into Ciel's study.
"Hello Ciel." Alois said with a grin.
"Hello." Ciel said continuing his paperwork.
Alois' grin turned into a big smirk. He had something in mind to do with Earl Phantomhive and that something is to have "fun" with him again. Sebastian then walked in with some Earl green tea for his master. Ciel then stood up and screamed in pain.
"Master!" Sebastian said running over to Ciel.
"I'm fine." Ciel said sitting back down.
Alois and both Ciel sighed in relief. They had thought that Sebastian had found out about what happened not to long ago. Ciel then took his tea and took a sip of it. Alois then struck a sexy pose that made Ciel spit out his tea and laughed witch he had never done before.
"Oh Ciel." Alois said giggling.
Ciel continued to laugh. He laughed so hard he fell out of his chair. Alois then ran over to Ciel and helped him up.
"Careful." Alois said smiling.
"I know." Ciel said smiling back.
"Alright." Alois said yawning.
"Tired Trancy?" Ciel questioned.
"Yeah." Alois said yawing again.
"Rest." Ciel said smirking.
"Okay." Alois said walking into Ciel's room.
Alois flopped onto Ciel's bed and drifted off to sleep. Ciel had a big surprise for Alois when he got up.
