Normal School Life
“Anime is my life… I can’t live without it… I’m contented having it…”
‘Yan ang lagging nasa isip at motto ko.
Ako si Maylene Sembrano, a 4th year high school student ng Guardian High School. I’m the only daughter of Mrs. Noriene Sembrano and Mr. Friedrick Sembrano.
My mother is a Chemistry and Research teacher, not to mention naging estudyante niya ako nung 3rd year sa Chemistry. And I always got 90 above sa kanya ‘coz I forced myself to study. She’s our Research teacher now. I belong sa “High Class” na ang students ay malalaki ang kuha or described as “bright individuals”. And the worst part, I have to keep my profile in order na hindi madungisan ang name ng aking mother sa school----very high expectations. (-_-)
“Okay class I want the title of your Research to be pass next meeting… Goodbye...”
“Goodbye Mrs. Sembrano…”
“Maylene, may practice ba tayo mamaya?”
“Ah… of course Celine. Meron ‘coz kinakailangan natin ma-master ang sayaw..”
Celine Avellana is my best friend. We are the members of Drum and Lyre Corps. I am the Band Majorette and she’s a twirler. In our club, I’m the leader and the one who will manage. It’s not really my thing but my mother wants me to.
“Saan si Kristy?”
“Maylene, Kristy is always busy with her NEW FRIENDS…”

Kristy Cordova is also my best friend, kaso nandoon siya sa lower section dahil ‘di niya na-maintain ang grades niya.
I am still happy dahil nagkaroon ako ng dalawang best friends sa school for almost 4 years (^_^)

“Oo nga…. So?”
“So??? Hmmm (-_-) No changes pa din ba?”
“I have to keep my profile, Celine.” :P
I’m a student, a daughter with no freedom. At ginagawa ko ang gusto ng Mother ko…

“Uie! Nakita mo ‘yung YAMATO NADESHIKO SHICHI HENGE-THE WALLFOWER? Ang ga-gwapo nila! My gosh Celine! I want them.. XD
(sigh) “Anime na naman. Diba nagdrawing ka kanina? Di ka nakinig sa klase eh. Buti nalang ‘di ka nakita ng mother mo…”
:D “heheh! You know what Celine? I want to be a Manga artist or a writer someday! Or kahit ano basta nag ta-trabaho ako sa ANIME Company, basta may Anime!” XD
“Nag decide ka naba saan ka na University at kurso ang kukunin mo?”
“Well…. Sabi ni mama… Doctor raw, BS Biology ang course na kukunin ko…”
“Gusto mo?”
“I like Biology and…. ‘di bale!..Malayo pa ‘yun! ^_<
“Well.. Let’s enjoy the momentum that we will be having and exert energy and also effort…” :D
“My goodness! I forgot! May assignment pala tayo sa Physics. Lend me your notes… Onegai.. :3
“Oh! Heto!.. ‘wag ka kasing Anime ng Anime.. ‘di ka pa nag copy. Ano ba ang ginagawa mo sa bahay?”
“Well first of all.. ARIGATOU for the notes ^_^ ….And pag-uwi ko, I will watch Sgt. Keroro sa Animax at pagkatapos study konti at drawing na naman! Hehehe..” :D
“Maylene, mag matured ka na!”
“Nagsalita? Tumitingin ka nga rin ng FUSHIGI YUUGI!” :P
“Kasi nga…. Like ko lang si Tamahome.” XD
“Celine, my only inspiration is Anime. Kung sa iba may BF’s as inspiration whatsoever .. Yuck..”
“Hoy? Anong yuck? Sige ka Maylene, magkaka-BF ka!!”
“Impossible, strict si mama and sabi nila choosy raw ako… dapat may Qualification, gusto ko katulad ni Inuyasha! :D
“Huh! in your dreams. Saan ka naman makakakita ng half-human at half demon like Inuyasha?”
“Kaya nga… I-M-P-O-S-S-I-B-L-E ... Impossible!.. diba? Boys are….nevermind…” XP
“Well… I’m sure may darating na para sa’yo.. Sa ganda mong yan? Tapos wala? I envy you nga eh.” ;)
