Todoroki POV
There were so many things happening at once I didn't know what to focus on.
For one, his staples were grazing against my chin in a very pleasant way. One of his large hands was placed behind my neck, holding my head in place while his smooth lips practically made love to mine. I wasn't exactly sure what to do with my body. I was melting into the feeling of his hot skin against my naturally colder skin. I was starting to crave more while our hearts beat rapidly, in tune with one another.
In the midst of our embrace, all the bitter feelings I developed over the past few days without Touya faded away and were replaced by my true, raw feelings for him. I had forgotten how badly I missed his touch, his presence, him.
I mentally scolded myself for being such an idiot and letting him go so easily.
I followed his lead and wrapped my arms around his neck, gently pulling on the ends of his spikey hair. I was rewarded with a small grunt-like sound that escaped his lips and vibrated off of mine.
I made a mental note of that.
He slowly broke us apart with a small exhale of breath, his hold on my neck becoming looser.
Even though it was my first kiss, he's a damn good kisser.
He moved his hand from the back of my neck to my cheek, caressing it with his thumb. His staples were digging into my cheek but it wasn't uncomfortable, they were cool and smooth. I leaned into his palm. His flames had vanished but his body was still incredibly warm. I loved it.
"You're alive." His voice was barely above a whisper, a hint of relief to it.
"Of course, why wouldn't I be?" I was thoroughly confused and still in a complete daze from our kiss. Just saying the word and thinking about it made my stomach clench in a very good way.
He paused a moment before answering, "Never mind," He looked around us and grabbed my hand gingerly and started walking while pulling me towards him, causing me to stumble a little. "Let's get out of this rain before you get sick."
I hadn't noticed until now that the rain was starting to come down harder, a thin layer already covering the road.
Touya tightened his hold on my hand every now and then, as if he was checking to make sure I was still there.
"You're an idiot, Shoto." He mumbled, "Running towards me like that- what if you had been hurt?"
He had a good point, but I wasn't really paying attention to his words. My attention was focused on the warm feeling radiating from our interlocked hands.
I touched my bottom lip, the warmth that had once covered them due to our kiss was now starting to fade away.
I huffed, I want the warmth back.
He had stopped and was now facing me, a stern look on his usual carefree face.
"I'm sorry." I glanced towards my feet, I couldn't bare looking at him with such a serious expression.
"Whatever." He brought a hand up to my face and flicked my forehead.
"Ow." He smiled at the sound.

"Where are we even going?" I was feeling cold except for the warmth in my hand and my clothes were starting to become more damp.
Touya didn't respond. He didn't have to, I already knew where we were headed the moment I saw the familiar café Midoriya and I had once eaten at. The sight of the small white building sent a wave of nostalgia flowing through me. Memories of that day flooded my mind.
