Quirk Description:
Arise gives its user the ability to awaken and control the dead. The user might be able to use the dead as their own personal warriors, or servants.
Quirk Abilities:
- Reanimation: user is able to reanimate corpses and dead beings
- Undead Manipulation: user is able to manipulate and control the undead that they have reanimated
Quirk Drawbacks:
- cannot control the living
- the undead aren't as durable as living beings are
- overuse can lead to the user developing a disgusting odour
