Ninja, Warrior, Hero or Pirate?

Chapter 3

     Kai sighed dreamily as he walked through the market his head in the clouds. He couldn't help but think about the heir. Lloyd's smile was so intoxicating and the sound of his voice was like hearing an angel sing. Though that dopey smile on Kai's face disappeared. He knew that he had no shot with Lloyd. I mean he's a blacksmith, no scratch that, he's a pirate. A pirate who, if Lloyd found out, would be hanged for his crimes. Though he never understood that, what crimes? All he and his friends have done is help out when it came to the others. However the emperor believes that when you are once a pirate, your always a pirate.
Speaking of Pirates when will the guys get here?

"WHAT IN THE WORLD HAPPENED HERE?!"
     Jay exclaimed as he looked down at the giant holes in the blacksmith shop.
     Nya chuckled nervously. She kept her body upright while tilting slightly as she covered Lloyd's unconscious body. Though she knew that the charade wouldn't stick, especially with Zane around.
     "Did a canon ball fall in here?" Cole asked his question calmer than the last.
     "Well, I wouldn't exactly say that..."
     The three boys tilted there heads in confusion.
     Nya sighed as she questioned why she was even hiding Lloyd in the first place.
     "Look, I'm going to slowly show you who fell. Just promise not to freak out... Jay."
     Jay nodded before dramatically looking offended.
    Nya slowly walked away from the heirs body.
    Cole, Zane, and Jays eyes were locked onto the heir, complete utter confusion written on their faces.
     "I-is that...?"
     "Lloyd Garmadon?"
Nya nodded.
Jay looked back up at the giant hole in the ceiling then back down at Lloyd as drowned of panic "A-are they alive?!"
"Their breathing, so that's a plus. But I'm not sure they'll be waking up anytime soon." Nya hugs herself, a slight shiver going down her spine.
Zane strolls over to Lloyd "That depends if they have a concussion," Zane glances at Nya "would you like me to make sure?"
"That would be comforting thank you."
It felt weird that Nya cared for Lloyd so much, but it wasn't Lloyd she was worried about. Kai, Nya, and Lloyd use to be really close when they were little and as they got older, she watched her brother grow more attracted to the blonde. She knows the moment Kai gets back he would be furious and his emotions would get the better of him. The worse part is she and the others would have no answers to give him. For all Nya knows, something could have happened to Kai!
But no one except for higher nobles, or anyone granted permission to, can enter the castle without being kicked out. So the guys and her couldn't just barge in and find out what happened. So, as much as she hates it, all she can do is wait.
"Lloyd doesn't have a concussion, which is remarkable to say the least." Zane reassured.
"That's great! But, uh, are we going to sit around or find out how this happened?"
Nya raised an eyebrow at Cole "How?"
Cole blinked for a moment "Uh—"
"What do you mean, hOW? We go over there and give the emperor his kid back!"
Zane pipes up "Again, how do we do that? We are wanted criminals, we would be executed."
"Not if we give Lloyd back! Just think about it. If we have his child then we could—"
"So, you want to take him hostage?" Cole interrupts
"That's not what I sa-"
       "It's what you were going to say."
       "No it's not."
       "Yes it is."
       Jay and Cole continued to argue, their voices beginning to get louder, louder, and louder.
Lloyd opens their eyes.
