 The darkness seemed more....different from what I expected.

Then again, what did I expect?

Clumps of darkness gathered together, forming a humanoid being. They were a bit transparent, and moved quickly around us. Their wings...

Some had scars, some were torn, and some didn't have them at all, only having little stubs.

Blaze looks panicked, his eyes darting around.

"We need to get out, NOW!"

"Where do we go? We can't just run down, can we?"

Blaze sighes. "The gate is the only way to get out and get in. We have to take a chance."

"Can you try to carry me? It seems like they can't fly, we can get out without them attacking us."

"Then hold on tight."

(i know its prob not possible for blaze to carry sabre,but just i m a g i n e)

Blaze's wings were, like all red steves, huge. He told me this earlier, red steves don't need to hurry most of the time, and their wings were used for gliding. 

Orange steve's wings were small and they fly like humming birds. 

Yellow steves have wings used for fast travel. Green steves were isolated, so their wings were used less, therefore having smaller wings used for short times.

Blue steve's wings were big and fluffy to live in cold areas.The wings of Indigo steves were rounded shaped and had to fly with floating blocks, making them have to do sharp turns. 

Violet steves have wings that are a bit more colorful, and are used for show like peacocks.

(Summary : Red,gliding   Orange,humming    Yellow,speed     Green,small    Blue,fluffy   Indigo,sharp turning    Violet,showcasing)

Thought it wasn't fast, we were slowly gliding to the gates.

I looked down, the darkness slowly looking at us from below when....

A dagger missed just a few inches from my face.

"Blaze! They throwing daggers at us! Can you fly any faster?! " I shouted, panicked

"I'm trying! I've rarely flew before- AGUH! MY WINGS! "

Two daggers were stuck in Blazes wings, one in each one. 

And we were falling. I fell off Blaze's back, and fell off first.

Panicking, I opened my bag of feathers that I've collected over the years, and dumped it on the floor where Blaze whould land, hoping to make a softer fall.

He flopped to the ground, like a dead bird. The daggers were gone, instead looked like it has been absorbed. The wound of where the daggers hit was dark red and black.

"Blaze! Are you ok!?"

"...." It seemed he hit his head hard.

While Sabre was worring about Blaze, the darkness took their chance and ran for the gates, which was closing.

SLAM!

The gates closed, leaving Blaze and Sabre stucked.

(Oh my gosh- thats the longest chapter i bet.)
