I looked down, and there it was, my diamond among the dirt, my life changer. I bent down and stretched my hand to grasp the precious, priceless treasure. The said treasure was one, singular key. It was made of solid gold with diamonds embedded into it. Elegant engravings decorated the marvellous key. It was rusted in several places, as the key has been among the dirt for eons. Legend has it that the ancient dwarves forged the key and the Master Elves enchanted it. The purpose of the key was to be a gift to the human kingdom, Sadly, tragedy struck; the greedy, notorious goblins managed to steal the key moments before it was to be presented. Decades of Civil Wars ravished the Goblin Empire, until a wise goblin king saw what the key was doing to his land and thus chose to

Now, the same key that was fabled in urban legends, great stories, exciting plays, and famous paintings was in the palm of my hand. I wondered how much this small, tiny object would cost. When I finally snapped back into the cruel harsh reality of life, I scolded myself as I was an easy target for greedy thieves or blood thirsty killers. Like a goblin, I tied the... no... my key on my necklace that hung from my neck and stuffed into my collar. I materialized a bow in my left hand an arrow in my right, as I sensed a foreign presence sweep by. A heavy aroma of death swirled in the air, carried by the wind. The atmosphere intensified and even the air became a burden on my back. Mist descended from above, dampening the grass. I nocked an arrow onto my bow and drew.

Twang

As the arrow flew into the distance, it ignited on fire and showed a trail of flames, flickering behind it.

I nocked another arrow and expanded my senses.

Sight- Nothing...

Too Foggy

Touch- Nothing...

Just the moist air, my clothes and my bow and arrow.

Taste- Something...

Blood!

Smell- Something...

Dirt, sweat, blood and death!

Sound- Everything!

The footsteps, the swords, the blades, the bows and the shallow breaths.

I got into my stance.

I drew.

I aimed.

I fired.

The whistle of the arrow stopped with a thump. I grinned a sadistic grin. Pulling my hood down, I raised my neck bandana to my nose, revealing a haunted smile. I ran. With my bow in my left hand and three arrows in my right, I jumped. I aimed and fired before twisting my body to avoid a would-be fatal arrow. The bodies dropped to the ground, dead, with an arrow in each of their foreheads before I even touched the floor. With the archer in sight, I rushed at it, Arrows whizzed by me and seemed to occur faster and faster, closer and closer. The second I got in range, I slid an arrow from its quiver, before jamming it in the creature's eye. Hearing the commotion, thousands of curious monsters approached. Unfortunately for them, I sensed them from a mile away.

Arrows shredded and decimated the approaching monsters, racking kills in the hundreds. Most monsters that survived the slaughter were littered in cuts, at the very least, splattered with the blood of their late friends and comrades. How did I do that, you might ask? Well, I tapped into my charka reserves. (Charka is the mystical, magical, spiritual source of power. However, it has limitations as it can only enhance you. As you draw and harness the charka, you'll be faster, stronger, heal faster and your senses will get a boost, by like a lot. There's a limit on how much charka you can use at first. If your body is not accumulated to the amount of charka flowing through it, then you can spontaneously combust. The faster you want to go or the stronger you with to become through your charka, will deplete your reserves like crazy. Luckily for us, charka is like a muscle, the more you use it, the limit of your body can handle, the cap of how much charka you have, and the regeneration speed of your charka will also increase)
