Description: He can store electricity and transfer it to people or things by physical interaction. He can store up to 300 million volts so far. He normally uses batteries to charge himself.
Drawbacks: if he stores over his limits he can get shocked in either his brain which makes him short circuit or his heart which makes his heart stop for a bit.
Strengths: when he transfers enough to someone or something he can paralyze them for a bit.
