--Alena's P.O.V--
I was getting bored, mama was looking at some books, they were boring, i looked through the pockets of my white jacket, i had found the last of my birthday money, i snuck away from mama, and ran to my favorite corner shop.
I hadn't realised how long i'd been there for, momma would be panicking right now, i just know it, i heard her call my name,
"Momma?" i said to myself, walking out of the shop, then a man started to walk up to me. He was dressed in black clothing, with a hat on... Momma told me to always run away from people like this... Even if they gave me things like candy or toys.
"Hey, Alena right? Your mommy told me to come get you at take you back to the liberary, follow me, ill drive you back, its quite a long walk." He said, he knows momma, so i got in the car with him, i noticed that as soon as i got into the car, he locked the doors.
I knew something was wrong as soon as he took a turn and started driving away from the liberary, where i saw my mommy standing, i could faintly make out the tears going down her soft face.
I started to scream at the top of my lungs, "HELP! HELP ME! MOMMA!! I DON'T KNOW THIS MAN, HE-" All of a sudden i felt a cloth over my mouth, and smelt something sweet, I started drifting in and out of consciousness, the last thing i heard was the man telling me to calm down and sleep, and that he was taking me home.
~~5 hours later~~
I woke up to being jolted forward, i slowly tried to remember what happened, my senses slowly coming back to me, my throat dry, my ears ringing, my nose picking up the scent of beer and smoke. I automatically knew that i wasn't with momma at home. I was starting to become aware of my surroundings, as i just noticed that he was pulling up to a driveway.
I pretended to be asleep as he got out of the car and came to the back seat where i was sitting, 'asleep', i tried not to flinch as he moved my hair out of my face, he continued to pick me up, and take me into the large red brick house.
I felt myself be placed onto what felt like half of a bed, one that was probably for a 4 year old. He took my shoes off and put a blanket over me, he left the room, and locked the door. Great. No escape now.
I got out of the bed and looked at my surroundings, the walls is a pastel yellow with tiny white flowers, the floor's a brown hardwood with a circular fluffy white rug, there is a flower design on the light shade, the curtains are also white, wow, this guy liked white things, even the bed frame is white!
I all of a sudden heard someone walking up to the door, i ran to the bed and climbed into the bed, forgetting that i have to put on the blanket.
