Jungkook went from being broke, homeless, and living in the hood to developing an 8-figure corporation as the CEO and President of Jeon Corp. In three years, Jungkook rose from the lowest paid employee at Jeon Corp to president, despite the fact that he was the CEO's son. Jeon Corp was named one of the best places to work in America under Jungkook's tenure, and the company rose to eight figures.
To the untrained eye, this appears to be impossible.
Nobody ever asks him how he accomplished it. No one ever asks for guidance on how to develop a good work ethic. Nobody discusses what happened behind the scenes. Everyone simply shrugs their shoulders and moves on with their lives, claiming that Jungkook was fortunate.
The truth is that becoming a successful entrepreneur takes TIME and a LOT of hard work. Even a lottery winner isn't lucky, according to Jungkook in an interview. They've already taken the first step by purchasing a ticket!
Discipline has been instilled in Jungkook since he was a child. Jungkook has carried these teachings with him ever since, and discipline has been a key factor in his success. Jungkook's daily grind is driven by discipline, from rising up at 4 a.m. every day to spending hours a day perfecting his leadership skills.
He didn't work as a male model, but he should have. The rippling texture of his raven hair, which he meticulously managed, was an indication of his rough days. His main flaw was that he had beetle-brows, which made them knit in annoyance at times.
His strong cheekbones were accentuated by his bunny nose. His basalt jaw and Spartan shoulders spoke of strength in an unobtrusive way. He strode with purpose and authority, as if he possessed a hidden, leonine might. Everyone greeted and bow to show their respect, he just nod them off.
"Lee, what did I say about this kind of work?" He asks a direct question. "Get them finished by this afternoon, I believe we have a meeting scheduled, am I correct?" He spoke in sarcasm "Of course boss," says Mr. Lee.
Mr. Lee walked out the door, and Mr. Jeon, the former CEO, walked into his office. "What did I said about knocking?" He spoke with clenched teeth. He despised it when others did not respect his solitude. "Are you sure I don't have the right to enter without permission?" Mr. Jeon inquired, his voice sickeningly smooth.
"Let me remind you, Mr. Jeon, that you are no longer the CEO of this company, so don't go disturbing my employees or I will have to issue restraining orders against you." Jungkook responded in a calm yet firm tone.
From his vantage point, he could see his father's irritated frown, but he couldn't care less. "Anyway, I came here to inform you that you will be required to travel to Korea for a six-month business trip for your second branch, after which you will return and prepare for your engagement with Ms. Chloe."
With a frown, he said, "Excuse me, what engagement?" "Mr. Jeon, don't you dare meddle in my life; I will not sit here and tolerate it. I'm not the feeble boy you employ as a prop. Before I force you, go, get out of here." He was enraged as he stared at his father. "You will listen to me, Jungkook." Jungkook butted in before he could continue. "Try me. Now get out of my damn face." Mr. Jeon snorted and sighed.
Jungkook's father was not a supporting figure; instead, he kept a tight grip on him until he was promoted to CEO. His father abandoned him and his mother when he was a child.
