School. Not the best place where I wanna be, but today I am excited. Why? Cause I am gonna see Carlo. Its been a long time since the playground thing, and ever since, I had weird feelings inside me. So I think that seeing him would calm me down.
When I arrived in school, my friends were waiting for my outside. Of course I told them what happened but I told them that I will tell them in school. When I got out of the car, They quickly rushed to me looking super excited.
" What happened??" My friend Nessy asked,
"Tell us tell us!!!" Ashely said excitedly,
"Can we guys go inside first?" I said uncomfortably, "people are looking!" I said looking around.
We went inside the school and suprise suprise!! Look who I find leaning against his locker, talking and laughing with his friends. Yup, Carlo. Carlo spotted me and he smiled and waved. My heart just melted when he did that!! I waved back and me and my friends rushed inside homeroom.
"OMG!!'" Therese said, with her face red with excitement, " He is totally into you!!"
"He is like soo obvious!!" Dani said.
"You really think so?" I said excitedly. They all nodded their heads in agreement.
"Hey Flora," a voice said behind me. I turned and it was Christopher. Christopher is the most popular guy in school and every girl and I mean every girl had a crush on him except me. Why? First of all, he is almost perfect. He has good grades, very athletic, and handsome. But lke I said, he is almost perfect. Why not perfect? This leads me to my second reason, he is a show-off. He shows off about everything which makes him annoying.
"What do you want?" I said, rolling my eyes,
"Listen," he said,"I know its weird that I am asking you this cause I know that other girls will ask this, so.....Can you go to prom with me?" When he said that all the girls were screaming and crying because they were not the one who was asked.
"You do know that prom is still next year," I said,
"I know!" he said happily, "I just wanted to ask you earlier so that people know that I am taken!"
"Well, sorry to burst your bubble, but NO!" I shouted.
Everyone was silent. "What?" he said, starting to fume up,
"N-O what's that spell? NO!!" I screamed.
"No one......no one says no to me!!" He shouted and pushed me backward very hard.
"Hey!" a voice came from the door. I looked up and it was Carlo.
"What?!" Christopher snarled,
"Why did you do that?" Carlo asked,
"Cause I want to!" Christopher shouted and punched Carlo in the cheek which sent Carlo flying backwards. Suddenly, a huge green portal appeared behind him and he fell in.
"Carlo!!' I screamed and ran to the portal. On the way there I tripped on chair and fell into the portal. Then my mind went blank.
