>> Hello there.
>> How are you today, dearest reader?
>> I have an urgent matter to discuss with you.
>> It is a question.
>> How did you get to my plane of existence?
>> ...
>> No matter, that can be discussed later.
>> Who am I, you say?
>> I am the Narrator.
>> ...
>> Of what? The story, of course.
>> We've wasted enough time here now. There are urgent matters to attend to. Such as the story we are looking at today.

[Your vision fades from pitch black to a light, patchy, powder blue.]

[The sky is an ocean blue. Fluffy clouds float across the sky as a young child cycles through the park.]

>> Our story begins here in Chicago-

[Suddenly the child stops cycling, bewildered and confused.]

>> That wasn't meant to happen. It's probably just a minor bug. Nothing that will affect the story.

[Glitching in and out of existence, a button of an unknown substance appears. The child seems hypnotised by it, and starts creeping towards it.]

>>  Hold on, there's a couple glitches going on. Nothing major. Nothing corrupted.
>> ...
>> There's seems to be an issue, dearest reader. My apologies.
>> We will have to depart this story, I'm afraid. Its nothing to worry about.

[As the child touches the button, it starts flashing in and out of existence too, appearing covered in a sort of pixilated veins.]

[The veins begin to spread onto the ground, and as they begin to reach plants and people, your vision flashes to black, almost as if a light bulb has been shut off.]

>> ...
>> That is none of your concern, reader.
>> Everything is fine, there is just a couple of... adjustments... to be made to the story.
>> ...
