I screeched to a halt before I slammed into the control panel of the watch room.

"Ugg I hate turbo," I stated as I struggled to regain my balance in normal speed. "How did I let you talk me into this?" I asked looking over to Jason.

" At least this time you didn't crash into the control board," Jason laughed rendering to the last time I used turbo to travel. I shoved him into the chair and stormed out of the room. That boy is lucky I haven't killed him yet. I walked into the kitchen to see Ryker , one of the other kids who resides at the compound with us. All the kids at the compound have the ability to turbo, time travel, and turn invisible. Not to mention, we're total badasses.

"Hey Ly." Ryker said not looking up from some electronic dohickey thingamabob he was working on. Ryker is always fixing things that none of the rest of humanity could even work... or pronounce.

"Hey Ry," I grabbed an apple and sat at the table with a knife to slice it. "Whatcha workin on?" I asked as juice from the apple leaked onto the plate.

"Just a circuit board that I found at market this morning. I'm gonna fix it up and use it as the main circuit in my solar car." He rambled in what to me might as well have been a foreign language. I just nodded and began to eat my apple slices before grabbing my palate and walking into the control room where Jason was sure to make more of a case as to why I should kill him.

"YOU"RE SO GOING TO PAY FOR THAT YOU JERK!" I herd a familiar girl scream from the room. Then, I heard a slam and the sound of something shattering.

"Ellison!" I cried running into the room to see a dark braid whip around a stormy blue eyes glare at me from underneath it. "Not that I don't full heatedly agree that Jase deserves to be hung by his toes, but breaking MY tablet isn't the answer." I scolded her picking up the computer from the ground. Yes I have a life proof case but life proof for normal people and life proof for super teens are on opposite ends of the spectrum. No our life isn't normal but neither are me. But i still have to get my tablet fixed... the normal way.
