First things first, I just wanna address the fact people are doing the "new Mineta" but are literally drawing a different person???
Like, that's not a changed for the better Mineta, that's a Mineta themed hot guy.
Like, the grape boi doesn't have hair so why are you drawing him as if he does????

Anyway, respectful Mineta has turned up in one of my future fanfics that will be released soon so I decided to doodle him. Like, an actual one.

He doesn't need to look any different. Personality doesn't affect change someone's body structure jeez.
All I did was put him in clothes that's say "Respect All" and add a not-pervy smile. Now he's just an ordinary kid like everyone else.
