Chapter 3

"Alright class. Settle down. Settle down!" My Physics teacher yelled. "Today is the test on Newtons 2nd Law. I hope you all studied." I looked next to me at Dylan and smiled.

1. What is the formula for Newtons 2nd Law?

I knew this one. ∑ F = m a.
Maybe I wouldn't completely fail.

When I finished Dylan had waited for me and we went up and passed them in. I think I actually did that pretty well.

After last period Dylan and i started walking to my house. We talked the whole way there. I realized that he has the cutest laugh, and he is probably the sweetest boy I have ever met. It's like we've been friends for years.

When we got to my house, Dylan and my mom said 'hi' and then he and I went up to my room. We knew we weren't going to study today. We were just going to hangout and talk. I laid down on my and Dylan went and sat on the other side.

"Why have you never had a girlfriend?" I asked a little curious. "I mean you have so many girls throwing themselves at you."

"Well I may have all those girls but none of them are right for me. They are always too girly or peppy and loud. I need someone that's laid back and doesn't mind just talking like we are right now."

"Ahh that makes sense."

"Yeah. What about you? Being the most beautiful girl at Beacon Hills High School. Why have you never had a boyfriend?"

"I haven't found the right guy. 99% of the guys that go to our school are stupid or obnoxious football players."

"That is very true. That's why I play lacrosse." He pretended to flip his hair. He laid down next to me, and we continued to talk.

I woke up and tried to roll over but something was restricting me. I turned my head and saw Dylan next to me. I looked down and his arm was wrapped around my waist and our legs were tangled. He was so cute when he was asleep. I tried to reach my phone without waking him but I failed. He groaned and turned towards me.

"What happened?" He asked in a husky voice. Man that was hot.

"We fell asleep. And it's 7pm now. Do you wanna go eat something?"

"Yeah sure."

"YOU FELL ASLEEP WITH HIM?!?" Abby screamed through the phone.

"Yeah but I didn't mean to. And what if my mom saw and she got the wrong message and thinks we are dating because we aren't even though I wouldn't mind."

"KATIE BREATHE! You are rambling again."

I took a deep breathe. Abby and I ended up talking on the phone till 2 in the morning and I couldn't sleep because I was thinking about what happened earlier. Oh man school will be interesting.
