Lincoln: Yeah
Ronnie Anne: I read them and saw that they were urgent messages from around the world
Lincoln: *Shocked* really?!
Ronnie Anne: Yeah, they're many people in danger and they need our help
Lincoln: What's the new law that you're thinking on?
Ronnie Anne: That people should carry extendable batons to protect themselves while we'll be in many different parts of the world
Lincoln: Ok I'm in
Ronnie Anne: Call the others and tell them to meet us at city hall

Lincoln and Ronnie Anne open a secret room on the book shelf and revealed a secret room. In that secret, they began to contact the Musketeers and the Angels Of Arc to meet them at the Royal Woods City Hall. Lincoln and Ronnie Anne changed into El Zorro and Black Whip and are now heading to the city hall on their horses. An hour later, they arrived at city hall and they saw their comrades are outside waiting.

Angel Of Arc #2: Glad to see that we're back on the game
Black Whip: Let's go inside
El Zorro, Black Whip, the Musketeers and the Angels Of Arc entered the city hall to see the mayor.
Mayor Davis: Zorro, Black Whip, Musketeers and the Angels Of Arc, I'm so happy to see you again, what can I do for you?
Black Whip: We want to request a new law
Mayor Davis: What type of law?
Black Whip: That we can carry our rapiers anywhere we go
