Amanda's P.O.V

"The tour manager said that if Austin and Amanda don't stop seeing each other, he would cancel the tour. I can't let my fans down." He said and it warmed my heart. I couldn't help but let an 'aw' escape my lips.

Anastasia rolled her eyes and so did Austin. "Let's ask the tour manager then." Austin said and all of us nodded.

"Scooter," Austin said as he opened the door to the manager's office. Only the manager was nowhere to be seen, and so were his things. We all looked at each other before bursting into their manager's bedroom.

The bed was perfectly made and the closets, drawers, and anything that could've held his things were empty.

He was gone.

"Justin, Scooter is gone." Austin said desperately running his fingers through his hair. Justin's jaw dropped and his eyes widen, he looked like he couldn't comprehend the words Austin just said.

"What the hell? No, no, no. He didn't leave, he could've just gone out. Yeah, that's probably it. He did not leave us alone!" Justin yelled, a little too angry for his own sake.

"Justin, we searched everywhere. He is nowhere to be seen, I'm sorry." I said, trying to seem as disarming as I could.

"Fuck this." Justin said throwing his hand in the air before beginning to pace back and forth in the room.

"Hey, Justin, sweetie. There's this really cool new invention called a phone and you can actually use it to call your manager. Say it with me now, phone." Anastasia said sarcastically and Justin groaned, he looked even frustrated after Anastasia's witty reply. I tried to hold back a giggle. He dialed Scooter's number, turning the speaker on. "The number you're trying to reach is currently out of service, please try again later." Justin angrily threw his phone to the floor and we watched pieces of it fly everywhere.

"Well, bummer. Do you guys have any food around here? I'm really hungry." Anastasia rudely said and I rolled my eyes. This is so typical of her, saying the wrong things at the wrong time.

"Anna, this isn't the right time." I said in a warning tone. This time it was her turn to roll her eyes before disappearing into the bus kitchen to get a snack.

I saw Justin sitting on his laptop on one of the couches, frustration evident on his features. I felt bad for him, he didn't deserve this.

I realised Austin was no longer in the room and went searching for him; I finally found him in the bedroom, with his face drowned in his arms. I knocked on his door signalling that I'm there. "Is it okay if I come in or do you need some time alone?" I asked nervously.

"No, come in. You're the only one who could make me feel better." He said chuckling nervously as a small smile tucked at my lips. He patted a spot on the bed next to him and I sat there, nervousness quickly washing over me.

"It's crazy how things work out, huh? Only a few hours ago, you and I were in a restaurant for our first date." He said and I smiled to myself. "Now, we're back on the bus trying to find a way to find our missing manager. At least you're here with me." He said, taking my hands into his. As cliché as this sounds, I felt the butterflies in my stomach. "I can't blame Justin or Anastasia for this, Justin wouldn't do this. I spent a fair amount of time with him and I know him well enough to know that he isn't a bad person."

"Neither is Anastasia." I added.

"Enough about them, let's talk about us." Austin said and I felt my cheeks turn a deep shade of red.
