Ring for marrying

In a certain jewelry store, a woman gives a quiet sigh as she slightly plays with her black, green streaks hair before her hazel eyes dart towards her watch. She could sees that it will be another few minutes until 'he' comes to the store.

Her eyes lights up when 'he' comes in store, wearing just usual suit but he just looks fine no matter what, Gon still remember the first time she laid her eyes on that man and thinks he is truly handsome and stylish despite his clothing are just average mode, neither cheap yet neither expensive either.

The spiky silver hair man has his sapphire eyes lights up when he meets the hazel eyes owner, with a grin of greeting, that already made it enough for her to blush in glee.

"Hey Gon" the man said with a smile "How's the sales?"

"Hi, Killua" Gon gives a soft smile in return " Quite much today, guess it's because it's close for wedding season"

"True, huh" Killua starts to grin "When its my turn to propose, I'll be asking you to be my salesperson to pick the ring"

Gon tries her best to hide her bitter feeling as she smiles, thanking Killua that she will be happy to do so. The fact that Killua has a girlfriend is nothing new as Killua did tell her when he first met her saying that he may look for a ring later for he is in jewelry store. At first, Gon thought this is just simple crush as Killua just comes in her workplace for some business talk with the owner for Killua works as insurance agent. Gon knew just one talk won't hurt for its only once and she won't see him again.

But, nope. Killua has to come in several times and amazingly, Gon always on schedule whenever Killua is coming. Because the boss is often not around much and Killua has to wait, it leads them to both of them to talk more and finding having lots in common. The two often talk so much and they have no idea that time passed so much when they together.

Of course she had to remind herself again and again that Killua had girlfriend whenever theres rising hope to ask him out even for a friendly outing. Heck no, they are only meeting in the store and that's it. No matter what, she can't risk her friendship and her job just for this unrequited feelings after all.

It was then the time that Gon dreads the most but feels love struck when she sees Killua in usual outfit instead of suit. Gon tries to suppress herself again, seeing Killua with t-shirt and jeans,looks really cool in her eyes.

"I have been eyeing several rings when I come over last time, can you help me Gon?" Killua said which Gon merely nodded and smiles, thinking she deserves acting prize for her flawless acting.

Once they went for picking the rings, Gon had to admit, despite Killua's budget is not much for buying some expensive one, the rings Killua had eyeing is actually looks fine. When she sees Killua's choices in detail, one ring had caught her eye.

"This ring.." Gon mumbles as she picks it up and takes another look, which made Killua also looks at it.

The ring is silver band but the stone looks simple yet wondrous for the design. Gon can't help but feels that ring is beautiful and suitable, for her that she tries to snap herself as where did that thought come from!?.

"That looks good" Killua commented before taking the ring gently from Gon's hand, earning (thankfully) silent protest "No, this is amazing. I can even afford this" Killua lets out a huge grin "Thanks for picking it, Gon"

"Oh, yeah. Sure" Gon tries not to stammer as she starts to help Killua in seeing if the size fits. Gon feels even more downhearted when the ring size is actually the same with hers and Killua's girlfriend but she still gives a nice box for the ring then gives it to Killua after the transaction.
