Patrick: yea so i called my friend last night and she said she could start anytime with you aslong as your ready.

Patrick leaves and about 5 minutes later someone joins in

Sarah: so patrick has told me you have been really stressed lately

Y/n: yea last year i was really mad at my ex sister and i got waisted at the cast party and told everyone about her and my ex Bestfriend. 

Sarah: i remember that me and Patrick talked about it

Y/n: i know i shouldn't care about them but im worried that they might be hurt or might have gotten hurt. 

Sarah: so why dont you call and check up on them.

Y/n: thats the thing i cant bring my self to do it and deep down i dont want to.

Sarah: Patrick had mentioned something about a bad way you have delt with the stress in the past. 

Y/n: uh yea i used to cut my self till one day these 2 people pushed me over and i tryed to kill my self i have a acar from it.

Sarah: im sorry do you have any other ways of copeing with the stress. 

Y/n: no i would just hurt my self and not tell anyone

Sarah: ok in sorry Patrick sounded worried this morning he had said something about you wanting to kill your self again

Y/n: i uh yea i wish i died when i tried killing my self years

Sarah: ok so how about we continue this a diffrent time because the best thing you can do is rest.  So have you tried meditation

Y/n: no

Sarah: how about we meet at your house in a week and talk and try meditation and you can tell me if that works.

Y/n: ok thank you sarah see you next week.

Sarah: if you need to call before that have patrick give me a call
