The meganiteam experiment

Training

   All the kids lined up and followed a doctor to the gymnasium. Now that I think of it it's kind of weird that a hospital has a gymnasium inside of it. When we entered the room I saw dr.Wiley at the top of the bleachers staring at all the kids.
"He wants to see who the strongest one of us is. It's sick.. you know? Forcing kids to fight each other to train. Train for what? When we're old enough to leave this place?" Pharaoh whispered to me.
Before I could reply, the doctor that we followed in here said we would be training against one another... again...we've been doing this kind of training for a week now.
"Okay, I assume everyone knows the rules now, but in case any of you forgot I'll say them again: if you want to win, you need to make your opponent pass out, or give up. That's literally all the rules I don't understand why you would forget that but I'm paid to do this so let's just start. *ahem* hawk and snake, please come to the center of the gymnasium."
The two began to make their way there. Hawk glanced behind her to look at me for a second, and I gave her a thumbs up. This seemed to calm her so she continued to the center.
"No hard feelingssssss, but I don't think your ssssnowflakes are gonna prevent me from ssssinking my fangs into you." Snake hissed.
"Well, we'll just ssssssee what happens!" She hissed back.

FIGHT!

   Snake leaped at hawk and attempted to bite her, but hawk, knowing he'll start with that, rolled to the left and grabbed his leg.
"Sorry bud, I've been studying your attacks this whole week, and literally every single time you start with a jump attack. Dude, you're too predictable."
"Don't judge me! Jump attacksss are eas- aah!"
He was cut off by hawk slamming him into the ground. She was about to freeze him, but then he swiped his legs underneath hers, which caused her to crash to the ground.
"Oof!"
"Haha! Who's got the predictable attacks now?" He hissed while sinking his teeth into her arm.
My eyes widened in fear, but quickly relaxed as I realized that he didn't bite her arm, she blocked his attack by freezing her arm.
"Ouch! Cold!" He yelped.
"It's still you!" She said while kicking him in the gut.
"Æ"-
"Any last words before your whole body freezes?" She said triumphantly.
"OKAY! OKAY! YOU WIN I SURRENDER PLEASE DON'T FREEZE ME!"
And with snake throwing in the towel, she won.
A round of applause was given and she looked back at me beaming. I smiled back, I was proud of her. It was the first match she won.
"But we're not done yet, usually we stop at one match, but because dr.wiley's here we have to do another one. And I'm getting paid extra for this, so it better be a good fight."
Huh, this was the first time we would be doing two matches in one day. I guess it makes sense cause the head scientist's here.
"Let's see.. would Air and Ice please come to the center of the gymnasium?"
Oh no... that kid was the one who tried to fight pharaoh this morning. He's either really confident or really stupid, so this'll be tough for me.
"You can do this bro, I'm rooting for you!" My sister cheered when I got to the fight area.
"So... that last fight was really somethin huh? Can you believe he started with a jump attack?" He joked, trying to lighten the mood. But I said nothing. I was determined to win, to show dr.Wiley that I was stronger than him.

FIGHT!

   I shot a beam of ice at him, he managed to blow it back at me with the fan on his chest. I never did understand why they had to put a fan on his CHEST of all places. I ducked out of the way just in time then looked up towards the bleachers. Dr Wiley was staring at Air, and writing things down on his clipboard. I could tell he thinks that he's gonna win the fight.. but he's not. I'll make sure of it! I stomped my foot on the ground and froze the floor, making it slippery. I then shot another ice beam at him. This time it was harder for him to dodge it, leading him to slip and fall on the floor. He tried to knock me over with a gust of wind, but I put up an ice wall. I wouldn't let him win, not today. I shattered the wall and sent the peices flying towards him.
"Hey what are you- AH- STOP"-
One hit him on the head, causing him to fall yet again, this time he was bleeding.
"Ow, what the heck man?" He said holding his head.
It was time for a new attack. I slammed my hands on the ground that sent spikes of ice all around him. He was trapped. Trapped with me. He desperately tried to punch the spices, hoping that they would break, but they stood up. Air stopped punching and turned around, it seemed he knew what was about to happen. I saw the fear in his eyes when I rose my hand, preparing for a final attack.
.
But nothing happened.
"I can't move my arm.."
"I- I CANT MOVE MY ARM!" I cried. This never happened before. I looked down at my arm, it was frozen in ice. My eyes widened, and my vision started to get blurry. I think I was having a panic attack.
Air noticed this, and tried to calm me down.
"Whoa whoa whoa, its okay dude, I think that's just what happens when you use too much of your power, you'll be fine!"
But it was no use. I collapsed to the ground, the only thing I remember hearing was the doctor announcing that Air had won, then it all went black.
