What if the world you knew was different?
What if the world doesn't function as it does today?
In your world, adults rule the world and guide their offspring to "a path of success." In order to rule the world these adults would have to accomplish a success objective themselves. Consequently, their children would have to follow "in their footsteps" in order to achieve greatness themselves one day and also rule the world. There are adults who rule the world in a graceful humbleness, and there are also adults who rule the world as an antagonizing tyrant.
In my world there are no adults. Everyone is mysteriously born into our world being forced to surive on their own at an age as young as four. In my world the kids run the world. The offspring of the adults, (whom I previously ranted about), are the ones to call the shots and establish peace and balance for this world. Before this new way of life the Earth was broken and terribly polluted. Life itself was dying. As a last resort, a group of contemporary "hero's" rose and manifested a new manor onto the world; resetting the clock for Earth. Now, Mother Nature can finally heal and keep the legacy of life alive.
Though these children have figured out how to navigate the world without adults, their curosity has only grown hungrier as they wonder how they even came about; or how the world was ridded of adults in the first place. The specific children I am speaking about are the seven boys, Namjoon, Seokjin, Yoongi, Hoseok, Jimin, Taehyung, and Jungook. These boys are presently wondering about in a bizarre forest trying to figure out their placement here on Earth.
"Namjoon can we pwease stop walking?" asked an exhausted Jungkook as he dramatically slumped onto a tree stomp, fanning himself.
"Yes we can rest here for now." Namjoon responded feeling somewhat tired himself. Everyone slowed to a stop resting on trees, or plopping onto the ground. They hadn't gotten too far from their previous location considering they were only children and had no idea where they were headed in the first place.
"I don't understand how you guys are so tired all the time." stated an energetic Hoseok ready to run a marathon around the forest.
"How do you always have so much energy? I want to sleep already!" exclaimed Yoongi with him always being the laid-back, dreamer type.
"Hey hyung, what's that over there?" questioned Taehyung who wandered a few feet ahead of his companions; his head was peeking through bushes in awe at something. Everyone followed behind Taehyung, jaws collectively dropping at the sight in front of them.
"WOOAAHH!" Exclaimed snagged-toothed Jimin, "It's so big- ouch!" An excited Seokjin pushed passed Jimin and ran towards the giant structure the seven boys had discovered."Look at this!" He shouted as he stood in front of the structure, "It's a clubhouse! For us!"
"Clubhouse?" Jungkook question, curious as what Seokjin could mean. "Yes, a place for us and only us to stay. This is our home!"
The structure had three floors to it with a flagpole on top. It was made completely of wood, and was precisely hidden within the environment around it. Each boy explored every part of the structure excited at the opportunity it offers.
"Look here! Eight beds that's more than enough for us!" Namjoon pointed out in one room of the structure. In the next room, Seokjin was playing around with pots and pans creating a ruckus. "This pots are cool! Maybe I can do something with them."
"Joonie hyung, do you think we can stay here forever?" Asked Yoongi already getting comfortable in one of the beds.
"Well, this place seems to have everything we need. I don't see why not!" Each boy cheered happy to finally find a home, and place themselves in their confusing world.
