Tenmei isn't a fan of his life. He's always betting that if he ever disappears, no one will notice. His mother ignores him all the time. She always says that he's a good-for-nothing. Luckily, Tenmei isn't bothered as much as before. His father on the other hand isn't with him. He was told by his mother that he left them for another woman, but Tenmei knows he died. He visits his father every once in a while because he was the only person who cared for him. At least, that's what was told by his mother.

No one at school has ever talked with him, and he's a second year. He even has the best grades no one has ever seen, yet still no one has approached him. Even the teachers don't bother him. No friends, classmates, teachers, and parents to talk to. Just him.

Well... not just him. There's a little ghost that follows him everywhere. His colors glow such a beautiful green. It's been with him sense childhood, so he gave it a name.

"I feel like melon suits you, but you just look like a melon." The spirit nodded. It sat down, and it's beautiful green glimmered around the area. "Hmmm," thought Tenmei, "How about Brilliant Green? You're smart and shimmery. It suits you."

Brilliant Green smiled and nodded with agreement. Tenmei sat up and looked to the sun for warmth. His hair was red colored; just like his mother. He stood out because everyone else had brown or blonde hair. Or dyed, but he doesn't count that.

Whenever he has the time, which is always, he sits near the dog park and thinks about his favorite hero: Noriaki. Sure, he himself is 17 and still thinks of child-like things, but that doesn't matter. No one matters but him and Brilliant Green. He loves listening to Noriaki's story. How he led his warriors to a battle almost no one knows about. He did it for his group, not for fame. They won that war because of him, but not without losses. Surprisingly, no one died but Noriaki. He risked his life for a random warrior by pushing him away from a cannon. The ones around him remember his last words: "I want all of you to win this for me."

That story gives Tenmei chills sometimes, but his noble bravery won his heart. If he ever gets the chance, he'll also want to save someone.

As he walks to his school, Tenmei notices a new student. He is wearing black clothing with a chain on it. Women are surrounding him, and he looks bothered. Tenmei doesn't know him, so why does he have to save him?

He looks over to Brilliant Green and smiles. The new student stopped walking and looked over to him. "Shhh, I think he sees you,"Tenmei whispered. "Quick, go hide." In an instant, Brilliant Green is gone.

It's too late though, because the student was walking towards him. Tenmei realized his tall structure and huge muscles. "Oh gosh he's going to obliterate me..."

"Excuse me, but can you come with me for a moment?" Asked the hunky student. Tenmei, terrified, just nodded. They walked to a classroom, and the student closed the door.

"What was that you had with you?" He asked.

Tenmei mumbled before pulling out his fountain pen. "My... pen?"

"No, I saw a... humanoid with you."

"Gosh, he did see you Brilliant Green..."

"So you admit you can see the creature?"

"...Brilliant Green isn't a creature, he's my friend."

"Listen, I have one too." Just as he said that, a purple spirit came out of him. He looked like a wrestler as he had the muscles and clothing. "His name is Star Platinum."

He then looked over to Tenmei. "What we have are called stands. They are our manifest fighting spirit. Not everyone has this."

"Hold on, why are you telling me this all of a sudden? I don't know you."

The buff student sat down, so Tenmei did too. "This is going to be crazy, but hear me out. Everyone in my family has one. My mother, Holly, has fallen into a coma-like state because of this. Her stand is attacking her, and if we don't remove it, she'll die. We found out that someone with the name DIO caused this. He's a literal vampire. We have to go kill him, but he's all the way in Egypt. It doesn't help that he wants my entire family buried."

"What am I supposed to do with this information??"

"I need you to help us. I've heard through whispers that someone who looks like you is smart. Quite smart. Now I've learned that you also have a stand.

"If you choose to help, you'll be able to gain new ways to fight using your stand. If you choose to stay, then I respect that. You cannot tell anyone about this. If I find out you did..." Star Platinum cracked his knuckles. Tenmei was intimidated.

"I have to see her first though. But before that- why did you trust me with this information?"

"'Cause I know a scumbag when I see one." He got up, and Tenmei followed him. They walked outside and were walking past houses.

"Hey wait, we're skipping school?"

"What do you think?" Said the student. "It can't wait!"

They ran to his house, and by the time they made it, Tenmei was exhausted.

"Oh come on, you look athletic."

"I... am... athletic... it's just... too.. far..."

The student opened the door. Tenmei saw two men and an unconscious woman. One of them was an old man. The other looked Egyptian.

"Jotaro! Who's this? You know we can't have anyone here right now!" The old man barked.

"I know Gramps. He's here to help."

"I... never really said... I was going to help... but I do want to... help."

"Avdol, tell the gentleman about what we need to do"

Avdol, the Egyptian, nodded. He turned to look at Tenmei. "We are going to Egypt in order to kill someone named DIO. He's slowly killing Mrs. Holly, and Mr. Joestar doesn't want his daughter to die."

"Of course I don't want her dead!" Wailed Mr. Joestar. "She has a husband, a son, and a father that cares about her!"

Tenmei took a peak at her. She looked like a sleeping Arora waiting for her prince to rescue her. Except the prince is her family. Brilliant Green poked it's head out to look.

"Gahhh! He has a stand too??"

Jotaro, the buff student, nodded. "Why else would I bring someone like him here?"

"Gosh, everyone is so informal," Tenmei protested. "So who's who?"

With that, Tenmei got to meet Mr. Joestar, Avdol, Holly, and Jotaro. Mr. Joestar is a man in his sixties who doesn't act old. Avdol on the other hand, is young and very formal with everything. That leaves Jotaro. He's the same age as Tenmei, but doesn't care about anything. He's a relaxed person.

"So after we kill that pig called DIO, we can go home!" Mr. Joestar said. "Sure, it's going to take awhile AND we have a newbie here, but that doesn't matter. What matters is that we kill DIO as quickly as possible."

Jotaro looked over to Tenmei. "So, are you in? Oh right- we never asked you your name. What is it?"

Tenmei hesitated. No one will notice if I disappear. Not even my mother. Everyone will carry on with their lives. It's just me and Brilliant... he needs a better name. Tenmei looked to Jotaro.

"Well, before that. My stand's name is... Hierophant Green." Hierophants are noble. Jotaro nodded.

Tenmei remembered Noriaki's story. He was such a noble man. I admire him. I... want to be just like him.

No one will notice if he all of a sudden disappears. He has nothing left here. He can finally do something noble.

"So, what's your name?"

"My name is... Noriaki. Noriaki Kakyoin."
