The state-of-the-art infrastructure and quality inspection at every stage of manufacturing, delivers flawless products in circular and flat form, with an option of lamination. We can supply fabric ranging from 50 GSM to 140 GSM. We can provide fabric with width ranging from 45 cm upto 148 cm in circular form and from 90 cm upto 296 cm in flat form. We can customise the products as per the requirement of the customers.

Infrastructure

We have a manufacturing facility located in Udaipur, Rajasthan (India) on a land measuring 80,000 sq. ft. with a constructed area of 65,000 sq. ft. We have a world-class and state of the art manufacturing facility with the latest machines and technology to produce the best quality product in the least possible time. The company has been built on a land area of 80,000 square feet and a constructed building area of 65,000 square feet. Our plant & machinery have been procured from well-known manufacturers in India and abroad.

We have tw We have for making fabric with width up to 75 cm and HDN-6 and LSL-620 looms for making wider width fabric. We have 6 colour and 4 colour online printing machines, manual printing machines, wider width printing machine, online cutting and stitching machines, wider width cutting machine and manual stitching machines.

We believe in cutting the mustard, not corners. The rigorous internal quality checks and quality management audits ensures that only the highest quality product reaches the consumer.

From the raw material section to the packaging section, our quality management process is distributed through different stages of manufacturing. At the weaving area, the printing section, the lamination section, the cutting section, the sewing section, the sorting section, and the final packing section, thorough quality checks are performed.

For inspection and quality control audit, we have the latest technology and instruments which includes Universal Tensile Tester (UTM), Dial Gauge Meter, Micrometer, GSM Cutter, Wrap Reel, Water-Bath, De-Lamination, Muffle Furnace, Hot Air Oven, Environmental Condition Simulation Chamber, Visibility Chamber and Electronic Balance.
