The troubles of a Knight

" Acting Grand Master! we've got another report on an attack by the Abyss order! "

A few guards came running into Jean's office, rushing to let her know.

" I'll send a team, don't worry " Jean was upset about the sudden attack, as she was just about to take her first break in a while. But of course, as the Acting Grand Master, she can't afford to let her guard down. Especially now that the Abyss order is trying their dirty tricks.

They got the danger under control together with Amber, Kaeya and Klee. Klee was of course not allowed to come, but she and Amber secretly got her out while Jean was talking to one of the guards.

" Yay! My bombs made BIG explosions and the evil guys ran away!" Klee was super happy and proud that she got to work with the knights. Even though Jean was mad she snuck out, it was reliving to see Klee so happy. 

Back in Mondstadt, Jean had been invited for tea at Good Hunter by the librarian, Lisa. On her way there, she noticed a cute couple giving eachother gifts. Jean looked at them with envy, and got a few Cecilia flowers from Flora. After thinking, she decided to take a look at Marjories shop. A beautiful necklace of silver with a beautiful purple stone caught her eyes.

" That will be 100 000 mora. "

Later, her and Lisa are stuffing their faces full with sticky honey roast while they laugh and chat.

" Oh and uhm.. I have something for you" Jean can feel her face heat up while she pulls out the gifts. Unsure if Lisa will like it or not, she hides her face in embarrassment. 

Flustered, Lisa smiles and takes the gifts gently out of Jean's shaking hands. 

" Thank you, Jean. I love it" She says while trying to make Jean stop covering her face.

"Could you help me put the necklace on?" Lisa struggles while trying to get it on by herself, so Jean comes over to help. Standing behind Lisa like that made her blush. She carefully put the necklace on to make sure Lisa didn't feel any discomfort. 

Then, Jean picked up one of the Cecilias and put it in Lisa's hair. Lisa blushed and backed away.

The necklace fit Lisa so well that Jean almost gasped. The purple stone matched her vision, electro, perfectly.

" Y-You look.. Jean stuttered 

" Oh stop now, Jean, it really isn't that much.. " Lisa said in embarrassment.

Back in her office, Jean couldn't get what happend earlier that day of her mind. What was this feeling? And does Lisa feel the same?
