I am going to the beach with matt today and I am actually really excited to hang out with matt.

I was wearing my white long sleeve crop top and my mint high wasted shorts with my white vans. I straightened my hair and light makeup.

E- hey

We walk hand in hand to the beach. I am kinda happy we are. But I can't help but think if this was Hayes and I

M- hey are you ok?
E- yeah I'm fine. lets go sit on the beach.
M- ok

We were sitting and he askes me out of te blue why I asked him to hang out?

M- um so why did you ask to hang out?
E- well I just want to give you a chance you know since you liked me.
M- yeah well I knew you didn't like me so I was kinda surprised since you are with Hayes.
E-oh no were not together anymore and I just thought about how I ignored you and so I want to just get to know you.
M- so I am a second choice?
E- no matt I just felt like I could talk to you and I don't know I just want to be friends. I need a friend right now. Katie ad Rachel don't talk to me anymore they think Hayes took me away from them so when we broke up te continued to not talk to me. I don't have anyone I guess I will go sorry I invited you.
M- no Emma I am sorry I had no clue lets go to the carnival tonight ok?
E- ok I really am sorry.
M- don't be lets forget about this and head back home.

Katie pov
I miss Emma so much even though she was new this year I feel I got really close to her. I can't believe I hae ignored her for the past month she has no one. I decided I needed to overcome the past and invite her over.

K- Emma I am so sorry I don't even know where to start so I am sorry. I am sorry for saying you never hung out with us because of hHayes I was just jealous you had a boyfriend and I was lonely. please forgive me. I think we should forgive and forget want to hang out tonight?
E- Katie it's ok calm down I forgive you and you should have told me you wanted to hang out. I am sorry I can't hang out tonight I am going to the fair with matt. Maybe another time.
K- oh ok.

Hayes pov
Lexi is really nice but as a friend I don't think we could ever date she just is more like a sister.
K- I finally talked to Emma
H- that's great so what did she say
K- she was mad I didn't talk to her not that u was mad.
H- oh so are you hanging out with her tonight?
K- um no she is going to the carnival with matt.
H- oh so her boyfriend
K- I don't think I think they are going as friends she would have posted on twitter for sure.
H- well I'm free tonight wanna hang out?
K- um well what about Lexi?
H- what about her we are just friends and I told her and she agrees and you and me are just friends too. we can get Chinese take out and watch movies!
