Fear of Hurting You

Writing this on computer so formatting will be different looking-

-Dekubaku

-Based off of those "Pet or Owner" memes that I see on YouTube all the time

-Animal Deku x Owner Baku (Baku still bottom, also you can interpret the 'animal' part any way you wan, you can give them ears if you really want to. They're also the same height they are in the anime, so Deku is shorter than Bakugou)

-Bakugou angst and a TINY bit of Deku angst

-Mention of suicided (never says but suggest it)

In this you're assigned a role pet or owner, you're also assigned a person to own you or you are assigned someone to own. When Bakugou finds out he is to own Deku he doesn't want to. but why neglect Deku?

     Today was the day they would bring that machine the one that tells you what you are and who you will be with. Bakugou was not looking forward to this at all he didn't want to be own nor did he want to own someone. It wasn't like he didn't like anyone though you would think he did, but in reality he didn't want to hurt anyone nor did he want to get hurt. He had heard stories of pets being assigned horrible owners who hurt them, and about owners who had hurt their pets and regretted it because their pets had died because of them or the pets ran away. He was just scared.

     The teacher spoke "Alright guys! Today's the day you will get your roles, line up" they all got up and lined up in front of the machine. Bakugou went to the back of the line to hopefully calm himself before seeing his role and the person he was going to be owned by or own.  Soon it was Bakugou's turn he nervously entered his name and put his hand on the hand scanner. after a couple of seconds it had said

Congrats your an owner

Pet: Midoriya Izuku

     Bakugou just stood there shocked and terrified this wasn't just anyone this was DEKU the boy he hurt back in middle the boy he's been avoiding ever since to avoid hurting. He couldn't be his owner, he didn't want to be his owner. He could hurt him again, he could hurt him worse than he did in middle school, or worse Deku might just do something worse than running away. Bakugou went back to his seat with a million thoughts and fears going through his mind. 'what if he. . . . or maybe even-' Bakugou was starting to panic, raising his hand he ask "May I go to the bathroom" his voice was starting to crack. Everyone was shocked including the teacher, he asked so. . . nicely. "Yes, you can" The teacher replied. Bakugou got up and rushed out of the room and to the bathroom. He went into a stall and locked it going to the corner and sitting down to hide and calm down.

     When it came time for lunch Bakugou was sitting at his table eating his spicy food when Deku came up to him "Kacchan!" Bakugou froze up, he looked up from his food to see Deku standing there smiling at him. Bakugou just got up, took his food and his stuff, and went to the roof. Deku seemed a little sad at this but he assumed Bakugou was just in shock or maybe denial but will get used to it.

He never did.

     Bakugou would always ignore or avoid Deku out of fear. He just didn't want to hurt him so he thought not being near him would be best. Until one day he was walking down the hall until he was grabbed and pushed into a classroom "OI, WTF?! WHO ARE YOU EXTRA?!!" Bakugou yelled out while starting to stand up and looking up to see non other than Deku-. "What do you want?" Bakugou asked. Deku looked angry but he also looked sad and annoyed. "Why?" Deku asked stepping closer. "Why what?" Bakugou was starting to back up. "WHY DO YOU KEEP IGNORING ME!?" Deku yelled angrily. Bakugou looked down 'do I tell him? do I-' he was starting to panic trying to think of a response. He felt tears stream down his face "I-. . .I was try-ing t-to. . . .Prot-tect you!" Bakugou stuttered out, looking down, clenching his fist, still crying. Deku stared at him blankly at him "What do you mean protect me? YOU NEGLECTED ME! THAT HURTS ME!" Deku said with tears rolling down his face. "I WAS SCARED I WOULD HURT YOU LIKE I DID IN MIDDLE SCHOOL!" Bakugou shouted crying harder. "I was just too scared to talk to you or to be near you even just because I didn't want to hurt you" He said between sobs. He was breathing heavily and trying to calm down. Deku gave him a sad smile as he walked up to him and hugged him tightly "Kacchan, I trust you enough not to hurt me. I know you've changed and you wouldn't hurt me on purpose" Deku said comforting the ash blonde crying into his hair hugging him back.

    From that day forward their relationship grew and they were getting better again. Bakugou was clingy towards Deku and always caring making sure he was fine, making sure he wasn't hurt by anything or anyone, and that he was happy. Bakugou was the best owner Deku could of asked for.
