Requirements: A key to their house
Step 1: Buy a bunch of rubber bands
Step 2: Sprinkle them all around the house bur if they have pets only do it in the owner's room

you can't sweep the rubber bands so you have to pick them up individually :)
and if you leave them where animals can get them they will eat the rubber bands and die
