I'm so sorry it took this long. I have had a lot going on and not a lot of motivation to write this. I will hopefully be posting more regularly for now though.

Harry slowly wakes from his mindscape and takes stock of everything around him. It seemed that 2 hours had passed since he woke up briefly after the ritual. He waves a hand and all the books go into his trunk, and the candles go into a separate ritual bag he has. Harry double-checks the room, for anything he may leave behind on accident, before exiting the room and heading back into his usual hotel room.

He enters to find Ueno-san feeding Teddy the last of a bottle. "Welcome back Potter-san!" Ueno-san says cheerfully as she maneuvers Teddy to her shoulder to burp him. "Thank you for watching him for today, I couldn't put that off any longer."

"It truly was no trouble. Teddy-kun was perfectly sweet to me." Harry sighs in relief and wishes her a safe trip home.

He goes over his plan for the next few days in his mind, deciding to stay up and do the High school exams tonight, since he has all the knowledge sorted out. After playing with Teddy while going over the new information he settles Teddy for the night. Harry sits down at the dining table and takes all the tests online. It takes him an hour and a half roughly for each exam. These include testing out of the classes for Japanese Language, Social Studies, Mathematics, Science, Health/Physical Education, and Home Economics. For The Arts requirement he chose a music class (He will be playing the piano) and a drawing class, where he would show his skills in person at a later date, along with the physical side of the Physical Education exam.

After he finishes with the exams with little trouble and schedules when to do the in person exams, he manages to get to bed and falls asleep fast. While asleep, he has a dream about the one Christmas he had with Sirius and Remus. It was clouded with all the "could have been's" at the time, but now he knows it never would have worked out well. Too many people had different plans for all of them. He wakes up feeling melancholy, knowing nothing could have changed, but still wishing anyway.

He goes and takes care of His and Teddy's morning schedule before heading out to meet with the real estate agent to look at the three buildings. One was an abandoned apartment building with the other two being large townhouses. The agent, Chijimatsu Hisanobu, shows us into the apartments, however the layout would not fit into Harry's plans, so they move on. The first townhouse shows a lot of promise, having seven floors, meant for three large families, and already set up in a way Harry could fix it with minimal changing of the floor plan. It does need serious cleaning, along with various cracks and some water damage in the basement, but that wouldn't be too much trouble with magic.

The third one would be good, however in one of the recent fights between heroes and villains they put a large hole in one of the walls and damaged the floor the hero had landed on. As that would be more trouble than it is worth, Harry signs the papers for the first townhouse. He decides to clean it up tomorrow during Teddy's first day of daycare. He starts planning out the floor plan. The first and second floor would be public spaces, including a kitchen, dining room, a large sitting room, a bar, and a music room/classroom set-up.

The first floor would also have Harry's office and an area for any small children that need to be watched that would, of course, be warded to the teeth. Speaking of warding, Harry tries to figure out a way to test if his wards would block quirks. Maybe the league would be willing to help him test it if they decide to take him up on his offer. He still has a while still before he has to meet with them, so he will use this time to prepare the building and make the potion for Dabi.

The third through sixth floors would be bedrooms and bathrooms with smaller sitting rooms. The seventh floor is going to be turned into a greenhouse. He would use it as a way to explain where he gets his ingredients from and would also be more warded than the other areas. The basement entrance would be hidden in his office and turned into his potion lab and practice area for his magic and any young who need more help to practice their quirks.

Looking through the buildings and buying the townhouse had taken up most of the day, so Harry took the rest of the time before picking up Teddy by going grocery shopping. Once he's able to duck out of sight and shrinks the bags and slides them into his pockets under a cooling charm to keep the milk cold.

He arrives at the daycare and picks up Teddy who starts babbling as soon as he sees Harry, his hair changing to a black matching mine before turning back to his usual pink. The lady in charge comes over immediately after seeing Harry and tells him about Teddy's day. "He was very well behaved, and got along well with the others. If I may ask, when did he get his quirk?" "Oh, he was born with it, like his mother." They soon leave and head back to the hotel.

After arriving back at the hotel room, Harry sets Teddy with his toys and puts away the food. He goes ahead and makes his dinner and Teddy's bottle. He feeds Teddy while his food cools. While eating he has Teddy in his lap and starts watching the news to get an idea of the current events. He learns a lot about the current popular heroes and more about the current villains people are talking about the most. He makes a note of the worst of them to make sure he keeps an eye on them.
