District 5

Hannah is from San Francisco, California and would play street hockey with her younger cousins Dylan and Matt, and also their older sister Jennie. She would go back and forth from California to Minneapolis, Minnesota. Her dad Richard is a lawyer  with his friend Gordon Bombay. Her Mom working a nurse. The Salvadors are close with the Bombays. Hannah would stay at Stacey and Steve's house while her Parents are working. Stacey and Steve is her guardian. Steve is Stacey's Boyfriend, he used to play hockey. Steve and Gordon taught her to play ice hockey. Hannah would see or hear stories of the times Steve would get hurt. He said it's worth it and he feels alive.

Hannah look up to Gordon, she would call him Uncle Gordon. Hearing stories of how good he is, but he missed a shot from the most important game of his life. The state championship game He felt like he let everyone down. It tore him down it broke their undefeated title in 1973. He played for the Hawks. Which she thought was cool. She doesn't know how to feel about the Hawks now, their bullies, all a bunch of cake eaters. Though Gordon wouldn't acknowledge Hannah's admiration for him. She thinks deep down he's his favorite kid. He doesn't tolerate kids. Seems he could tolerate her though.

Before playing hockey she was figure skating, doing choir  and dance. She joined elementary school choir and a dance team. Even though Hannah didn't stay long in Minnesota she felt welcome with District 5. Though she is in a dance team, she still makes time for hockey and District 5. Just because she got a bunch of friends outside of hockey. Doesn't stop her from seeing her hockey friends. She doesn't bully them, ignore them at school. she wouldn't degrade them or think any less or different of them. They're her friends. She isn't much of a typical cliquey person. Will be there for her friends no matter what. She gets bullied for being bigger on the team, being too girly, working glasses, she can't be a hockey player because she got other hobbies. But, that doesn't stop her from doing anything. But, her friends got her back.

Gordon calls Stacey to pick him up at the police station. "Stace? Will you pick me up at the police station?" He's lucky she's about to close  down the diner.  "Oh it's you." Stacey acting surprised Gordon calling her.  "-I wish I could, but I don't want to." Still picking him up.  Gordon is losing his patience. "Stace I don't have all night."

Still on the phone. "Okay, geez I'll be there after I'm done closing up at the diner."  Putting the phone down then, closed the diner. "Gordon when will he ever stop drinking." Saying under her breath rushing, getting into her car.

Stacey picked up Gordon. The drive was a bit awkward.  He fell asleep during the car ride. When they got to the house. She wakes him up.  before opening the door, "You can stay here. at the guest room."   What Gordon doesn't know the guest room is a little girl's room. Decorated because Hannah would stay at her house.

Stacey hands him a glass of water. So he can sober up a bit and not get a huge hangover. Gordon roll his eyes, "Is Hannah there?" He's asking,  when ever he visits Hannah would stay while her parents are working. The Bombay siblings barely see each other. "No she's at her Parents. Steve's at the guys house." Gordon seems disinterested. Stacey finds out that Gordon gets a DUI. She just gonna let it out her chest. "Another Violation Gor. How many times do I have to tell you to stop drinking, You could lose your job. How the hell do you still have your license?" Stacey continues to ramble.

" I'm gotta go to court, I don't wanna talk about this right now." Gordon barely drinking the water Stacey gives him.

"What the hell happened to you?  It's not all about winning. Richard choose you to be Hannah's godfather just as much he choose me to be her godmother. You working a whole lot cause you to drink, you stopped hanging out with Richard, seeing me, even mom  we used to be close." Gordon Left to go to the guest room. Stacey scoffs, realizing he's gone. "Asshole." mutters under her breathe.
