He had a bad temper, that was obvious to anyone. However, depending on who he was with it was more controllable than on a normal basis. Yet that meant it came with much more agression towards others— especially ones who were rude, stranger to him— and worst of all, rude or threatening to you. Once Jasper's temperament was broken, there was no controlling what he'd do..especially if it starts with a laugh.
