I told the cashier after receiving my change. I'm at a coffee shop outside our subdivision to pick up a delivery when I decided to enter the coffee shop to buy a drink. I sat near the window waiting for the rider to text me so I could go outside when my phone beeped showing the twitter button.

I smiled at the tweet. Dame was invited by Nate who is Lau's college barkada to direct their film for their finals. As I can remember, it was a collaboration between Lau & Nate's college to build a production team. Anyways, it's not my main concern.

For weeks I've been feeling tired. Maybe it's because of the continuous training period for next season but I find it hard to communicate with people unless it's needed for academics. I kept my circle limited to my close family friends only, too.

I'm sure my parents had noticed it already but I just don't have the heart to bother them with whatever it is that I'm feeling because they're busy with work already. I can't also barge into Lala's room for advice because she's younger and I should be the role model for her giving her advices, not the other way around.

I drank my coffee dahil environment-friendly ang coffee shop at walang straw dito while waiting for kuya rider's text. Mahigpit kasi sa subdivision namin kaya I told kuya I'd just wait for him outside. I'm okay with it naman dahil walang pasok sa university and wala rin akong ginagawa sa bahay.

I forgot to introduce myself.

I'm Adrian Ismael I. Fernandez, I'm 21 years old, an Arki Student and well, I'm single.... But I don't think I'm required to say that, though. I'm the eldest among two siblings — my sister is Lala and she's 18.

I scrolled my screen to see Nico's volunteer work at their charity, Nico's my teammate pala, we're both part of the basketball team. Klay's at Batangas with his parents, and there is Rafa with tita Sana. Maybe they're on a family date, too.

Such a bummer that I couldn't spend the day with my parents since they have this deadline to finish. Sometimes I don't get why they are so busy when they manage and own the company but then I've realized that my Dad has always been like that.

He's very hands on with his work and does not like to put all the pressure to other people. He likes to keep things to himself, and I can't even imagine what he'd turn out to be if he didn't meet my Mom.

I just adore my father so much because I know he sacrificed a lot for our family, and it took him several tries to be where we are right now. As mom would always tell Lala and I, we weren't handed with the things we have now, and my parents needed to work hard for them.

My thoughts were interrupted when my phone rang indicating a call, it was kuya rider because I saw the motorcycle parked near the tree outside the subdivision's gate. I quickly wiped my mouth to make sure I look clean before holding my cup and pushing the glass door.
