Chapter 1
As I opened my eyes to a sterile white world, I couldn't help but think, "Am I dead?". But as I continued to blink the blurriness out of my eyes, I began to doubt it.
Attached to my arm was a small clear tube carrying some type of fluid, and attached to that was a metal contraption shinier than the kings sword after it had been polished! It had a series of words showing behind a clear glass and occasionally made a noise. Around me was more similar contraptions but I paid no attention to them, all I wanted was to be anywhere but here.
A woman in a white garment came into my room and talked to me about things I had never heard of, a TV and a radio were among the things she offered me. The more she talked, the more I began to resent her until, I couldn't hold it in any longer. I screamed.
